Belle endroit situé au porte du vieux Québec. Personnel très courtois & merci à Zoé notre hôtesse pour son service. C'est un excellent steakhouse de la région. Il est dans notre top 3 de la ville. Tous on adorée leur plat, il est un peu moin cher que les autres steakhouse. Un endroit chaleureux. Plein de stationnement intérieur de disponible.

Amazing steakhouse spot with a fancy & welcoming vibe! The service was excellent, & the staff were incredibly helpful & attentive. We tried 5 different dishes, & everything tasted fantastic. One dish was slightly undercooked, but the staff handled it quickly & professionally. Definitely a great place for a special occasion, & we'll absolutely come back when we visit Quebec City again!

We had a fantastic evening at the steakhouse! The various steaks were perfectly cooked, & the side dishes were also excellent. We enjoyed a glass of house red wine, which paired wonderfully with the food; everything was simply perfect. We would especially like to commend the outstanding service. Since we only had about an hour due to our tour bus, we mentioned this when ordering. Our request was taken very seriously, & we were served immediately & attentively, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a relaxed atmosphere without any stress. That was truly very kind & thoughtful. Thank you so much for the wonderful food & the great service; we will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au Restaurant Beffroi Steakhouse ! L'ambiance était chaleureuse, les plats délicieux & parfaitement préparés, avec une mention spéciale pour les grillades sur charbon d'érable qui rendent l'expérience unique.

Un énorme merci également à Louis-Charles pour son service exceptionnel : attentionné, professionnel & tellement sympathique du début à la fin. Il a vraiment contribué à rendre notre soirée mémorable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! 😊

Super soirée pour célébrer ma fête au Beffroi! Charles notre serveur est excellent, sympathique, il connaît son menu! Le steak est succulent, cuisson parfaite! Les portions sont généreuses & il y a une très belle carte des vins! Le Beffroi m'a réconcilié avec les Steakhouses de Québec qui vaguent un peu trop sur leurs noms. Merci Beffroi nous reviendront!

Everytime I'm in old Quebec I make a reservation at Beffroi steakhouse because I know that I can count on excellent service, amazing mouth watering food, & a very 5 star atmosphere. Last night for my new year anniversary celebration was no different.

Been coming for over 10 years & know that I'll keep coming as long as I can!

Chef Jean-Michel Blouin's passion for meat & classical technique is evident from the first bite - from careful aging to confident execution, this is a kitchen that respects the craft.

There was an initial miss with the cooking method of my steak. That said, what followed is exactly what separates good restaurants from great ones. The issue was handled immediately & professionally, with zero defensiveness & full accountability. The correction was flawless, & the experience that followed was genuinely above & beyond.

A special recognition to Matthew, our server - textbook FOH excellence. Attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, calm under pressure, & genuinely invested in the guest experience. He communicated seamlessly with the kitchen, managed the situation with grace, & made us feel completely taken care of. This is the kind of service that builds trust & keeps guests coming back.

In the industry, we know mistakes happen. What matters is recovery, standards, & leadership - & Beffroi delivers on all three.

A restaurant that stands behind its product, its people, & its guests. Highly recommended.

Très décu de ce steakhouse. La nourriture était tiède, les légumes trop mous; à ce prix on s'attends à beaucoup mieux. Jai dû manger rapidement pour en profiter avant que ce soit froid. Je visite des steakhouse à Montréal & ailleurs & à Quebec Le Charbon est bein meilleur. Le Beffroi n'est pas à la hauteur.

Excellent Atmosphere & Service, but the Steak Missed the Mark

We dined at Beffroi Steakhouse in Quebec City with an 8:00 p.m. reservation. Despite the welcoming atmosphere & professional staff, our meals were not served until just after 9:00 p.m. The restaurant was very busy, which likely contributed to the delay.

I ordered the Kanas 16oz steak with puréed Yukon Gold potatoes & vegetables, cooked medium rare with no sauce. Unfortunately, the steak was closer to well done & lacked seasoning or flavour-it was quite bland & chewy. My partner ordered the New York cut with a baked potato & thoroughly enjoyed his meal, so quality may vary depending on the dish.

The staff & overall environment were excellent, & the prices were fair for the area. However, based on my experience, I wouldn't consider Beffroi a true steakhouse. While the service & ambiance stood out, my main course did not meet expectations.
