Pour répondre à mon cher monsieur Daniel Gagnon, qui a rédigé un avis tout à fait incompréhensible, à mon avis, par rapport au Restaurant le Cari. Je suis une cliente, depuis des années, & je ne suis pas en accord avec votre commentaire! Je commence: - Premièrement, le restaurant le cari, est un restaurant schechuanais & non thaïlandais! Alors oui, c'est certain que la sauce du poulet général tao sera schechuanaise;) - Ensuite, pour ce qui est du poulet... Mon cher Daniel, ce sont de belles poitrines de poulet, coupées à la main, mis dans du panko pour ensuite le faire cuire dans l'huile. Ce ne sont certainement pas des croquettes congelés comme au mcdo. Vous l'avez dit:

Pour ceux qui pensent que le Cari propose un vrai poulet du général Tao détrompez-vous. Ce n'est absolument pas le cas. Leur poulet est fait à partir de croquettes congelées. Le vrai poulet du général Tao est enrobé de fécule de maïs & est fraîchement saute dans l'huile puis enrobé rapidement par une vrai sauce épicée & non pas dans une petite sauce sucrée. Aussi, une vrai soupe aigre piquante n'a rien à voir avec la petite soupe qu'on nous sert ici. Enfin, le poulet du général Tao est une recette sechuanaise & non Thaïlandaise. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant !
