This place serves awesome food! We tried both the tasting menu & the a la carte. Every dish is well presented & flavorful. The pan-seared foie gras melts in your mouth & the veal flank steak is super tender with hearty vegetables. Not to mention the pancetta risotto & veal cheek fettuccini… They should be put on the Michelin list!

Restaurant bruyant pour le prix j'aurai apprécier plus de calme.
Le risotto est un riz en sauce.. plutôt qu'un rissotto c'était vraiment mauvais je ne l'ai pas manger.
J'ai été déçu dans l'ensemble malgres les bon avis que j'avait pu lire.

Someone wise said we eat with our eyes first. Well, not here, since is darker than a pub. The dishes are high quality & the plating is clearly very interesting, but you can hardly see them. Also, be prepared to spend A LOT for what you get.

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. Nous avions réservé au bar en nous disant que le service ne pouvait pas être mauvais… quelle erreur. Nous avons commandé une bouteille de vin ainsi que la dégustation en 4 services, puis plus rien. Après une très longue attente, nous avons expliqué la situation au serveur, qui semblait complètement indifférent. Aucune excuse, aucune tentative de corriger la situation. On nous a simplement fait payer le cocktail, alors que nous n'avions même pas commencé notre repas. Nous avons fini par quitter tellement la situation était ridicule. Une expérience complètement désorganisée du début à la fin. Plus jamais.

Belle expérience gustative,
j'ai beaucoup aimé la soupe de poireaux,
on a pris en compte mes allergies allimentaire, ce qui est un gros plus pour moi.

J'ai le rissoto, il était délicieux. j'ai trouvé les goûts prononcés ( le parmesan) mais c'était très bon tout de même.

La crème brulée était délicieuse & de gros format.

Le seul point est qu'il y avait des groupes donc le service a été un peu plus long

Une des meilleures tables de Chicoutimi. Les choix d'entrés & de plats principaux sont variés & affichent des ingrédients de qualité. Beaucoup de goût très relevés. Très beau restaurant situé dans un immeuble commercial historique de la rue Racine.
