Délicieux restaurant trouvé un peu par hasard alors que nous étions de passage dans la région. Mention spéciale pour le risotto de fruits de mer & celui de confit de canard, ainsi que pour la pieuvre au flan de porc, un mélange étonnant, mais qui fonctionne !

Bonne bouffe, nous avons tout aimé à l'exception du risotto tomates, lardons, basilic qui nous a déçu. Beau décor intérieur, belle terrasse sur le côté du restaurant. Le service avait bien commencé mais petit relâchement en milieu de soirée, peut-être parce qu'il y avait plus de clients. Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié l'endroit.

Une très mauvaise expérience. Aucune flexibilité sur les plats quand on a une intolérance alimentaire. Tout est préparé d'avance, je m'interroge donc sur la cuisine. Curieux de voir que le client, qui paie son repas, doit étre celui qui doit s'adapter ! Il faut prévenir à l'avance, mais comme tous les ingrédients ne sont pas indiqués, difficile de deviner.
J'ai mangé une entrée & un dessert.
Clairement je m'attends à un meilleur accueil client & un meilleur service pour un restaurant de ce niveau.

Cuisine exceptionnelle ! Cuissons maîtrisées, belle qualité de produits, variété des textures & des saveurs vraiment intéressante, portions généreuses. Les tarifs sont amplement mérités.
Service souriant & efficace dans un cadre bobo chic. Ambiance sonore agréable. En bref, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre soirée & nous vous recommandons ce restaurant.

Les plats sont bons, certains excellents, avec des recettes plus recherchées que dans la plupart des endroits où on a mangé au Québec mais pas au point de justifier l'attente interminable. A partir de notre entrée à la table: 30min pour cocktail/vin, 1h pour le 1ier assortiment, 2h pour le second. On a passé 3h la bas & c'est beaucoup trop. Il manque clairement qqun dans la cuisine. Les serveuses sont un peu speed mais c'est souvent le cas ici.
