Afficher toutrecommend(6) shawarma(6) sandwich(3) price(3) chicken(3) fresh(3)I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was very disappointing. I ordered two chicken shawarmas, & after one bite, I threw both of them away. They tasted nothing like chicken shawarma & had nothing in common with authentic Lebanese food. I wasn't expecting perfection, just something that at least resembled a proper shawarma. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst I've had
Had the chicken shwarma. This did not taste or feel like shwarma. The chicken was dry & not seasoned (& most likely microwaved). The only ingredient giving flavor was from a bit of garlic sauce. The fries were fresh & quite good.
Not sure how many have had proper shwarma, but the meat itself should be juicy, seasoned & tasty. This was like the cold chicken from a Subway sandwich but heated.
Stayed in Old Quebec for four days & tried this restaurant every day. Different items of chicken & beef were tried. Food is tasty & up to the mark. Prices are average according to the location. Only downside is sitting space which is quite less & hard to get table & chairs in rushy season. We tried dine in one time & rest all days did take out. Food & restaurant are recommended.
I had the chicken sandwich - a Lebanese flatbread wrap with chicken salad & it was very poor. I love middle eastern food but this had no taste at all or seasoning & my fries were overdone. You order at counter & then collect & bring to your seat. I paid 19.83CAD & the minimum tip was 15%. But what was I tipping for when I wasn't even served at the table. Maybe all this explains why I was the only person there.
A small, rather obscure little place for takeaway or a few chairs to eat in. We ordered chicken shawarma but it was more a wrap. Ok, but lacking flavour vs. others we have elsewhere. The Doner was finished so we were served chicken strips heated/grilled in an oven. Overall, ok.
