Nous avons récemment visité L'Infusion à Sainte-Marie de Beauce, & quelle belle surprise! L'ambiance est chaleureuse, le service est attentionné &, surtout, la nourriture est excellente.

Nous avons opté pour l'assiette brunch, la pizza aux 5 fromages & la casserole à l'érable, & tout était un vrai régal. Le brunch était généreux & bien présenté, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. La pizza aux 5 fromages était savoureuse & bien équilibrée, avec une pâte croustillante & une belle variété de fromages fondants. & que dire de la casserole à l'érable? Un pur délice pour les amateurs de saveurs sucrées, avec une touche gourmande qui rappelle les cabanes à sucre!

Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation pour un bon repas en Beauce!

Belle découverte pour le brunch. Seul bémol le son porte beaucoup si on se retrouve près d'une table avec des clients bruyants. La bouffe est bonne & le service plaisant. Nous allons revenir.
