Worst customer service 👎🏻 seems like using indian restaurant name for scamming people ! As per owner we have to order minimum $25 per head ! After that we ordered mostly all the suggested items & guess what none of them have any kind of test ….. The worst restaurant experience I ever had was extremely disappointing & frustrating. The restaurant was very dirty, with unclean tables & a bad smell in the dining area. The staff was rude & ignored us for a long time before taking our order. Even after ordering, the food took a very long time to arrive.
When the food finally came, it was cold, tasteless, & poorly cooked. The ingredients did not seem fresh, & the presentation was very messy. When we complained, the staff did not apologize & showed no interest in fixing the problem. Overall, the service was poor, the food quality was terrible, & the environment was unpleasant. This experience made me decide never to visit that restaurant again.

Then we waited for an hour after that when order comes it was smelling very very bad , Food was literally tasteless not even 1% eatable , dal with water , chicken without salt , once u try PANEER TIKAA MASALA you will never ever even come to Quebec!! IT WAS THAT MUCH WORSE ❌

place to have a meal. They have actually took good time ro serve the food as per our taste. We tried - Panner tikka masala, Garlic Naan, Rice, Dal Tadka & Samosa
Worst food ever had in my life. Ordered butter chicken but it was taste like a carrot halwa with lot of raisins, chicken wasn't taste good.
Totally disappointed with a Rasaam ohh no actually I ordered a dal curry.
Overall, I would never ever recommend anyone to try this restaurant.
The service here is absolutely horrible. There was only ONE server & ONE cook (as the server himself admitted), & on top of that he was insanely rude. He literally started taunting us, making faces, & acting annoyed the moment we began ordering. Completely unprofessional & disrespectful.
We waited over an hour for our food, & when we asked for repeat dishes, they were straight-up inedible. To make things worse, we were refused food an hour before closing, while Uber orders were still being accepted & sent out. How is that even acceptable?
This is beyond poor service - it's a joke. I seriously hope the owner reads this & fixes these issues immediately, because at this rate this place is clearly heading toward becoming nothing more than a cloud kitchen.

Le service ici est absolument déplorable. Il n'y avait qu'UN seul serveur & UN seul cuisinier (comme le serveur l'a lui-même admis), & en plus de ça, le serveur était incroyablement impoli. Il s'est mis à nous provoquer, à faire des grimaces & à montrer clairement son agacement dès que nous avons commencé à commander. Totalement non professionnel & irrespectueux.
Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour la nourriture, & lorsque nous avons demandé de refaire certains plats, ils étaient tout simplement immangeables. Pour couronner le tout, on nous a refusé de la nourriture une heure avant la fermeture, alors que les commandes Uber continuaient d'être acceptées & envoyées. C'est complètement inacceptable.
Ce n'est pas juste un mauvais service, c'est une véritable plaisanterie. J'espère sincèrement que le propriétaire lira cet avis & corrigera ces problèmes immédiatement, car à ce rythme, ce restaurant va très vite se transformer en simple cuisine fantôme.
This restaurants atmosphere + the staffs were to good . & the food was also too much delicious. Specially the Bengali waiter named Arafat showed an extra ordinary hospitality. Must visit whoever coming to this side .
