Le Saindoux is a New School BBQ restaurant with a country-style sports bar, housed in the former presbytery of Sainte-Marie. In partnership with Le Porc de Beaurivage, located in Saint-Patrice-de-Beaurivage, it benefits from over 100 years' experience in pig farming. Le Porc de Beaurivage upholds essential values such as animal welfare, incomparable meat quality and irreproachable product traceability.
Le Saindoux's cuisine celebrates pork, while adding its own creative touch to the traditional BBQ. A warm and friendly welcome is at the heart of the Saindoux experience! Our mission is to offer a unique BBQ experience using local products, all possible BBQ cooking techniques with a focus on pork, and a festive country/classical atmosphere, to put the culinary spotlight on Nouvelle-Beauce.
