C'est très intéressant & différent comme restaurant. Vous commander ce que vous voulez à la pièce & c'est à volonté ce qui vous permet de varier & tester beaucoup de choses. Ce qui est de la viande vous la faites cuire vous même sur un BBQ Coréen mais vous avez plusieurs types de plats aussi déjà prêt à manger. J'ai bien aimé mon expérience!

J'étais allé une fois il y a des années, la viande était mal coupée avec de la tiraille & du gras dedans, j'y suis retourné ce soir, exactement la même chose. Soit c'est de viande cheap à rabais sur un grill plus ou moins sanitaire, soit c'est une portion d'un plat qui baigne dans l'huile.

Mauvaise ventilation & des gens qui n'ont aucune idée comment cuire leurs viandes donc un gigantesque smog dans le restaurant, on sent la boucane en sortant, pas trop génial.

Sérieusement les standards des gens de Québec & des clients de l'hôtel à côté doivent être exceptionnellement bas pour que ça soit encore non seulement en business mais plein un dimanche soir à 20h.

Rien à voir avec l'expérience de leur branche de sushis à volonté un peu plus loin. C'est comme si c'était deux mondes différents.

Attends en file dehors 20 min
Problème de réservation nous font encore attendre 30 min on s assoi finalement a 9 hrs il reste 1 hrs pour commander,faire cuire & manger un dessert quelques petites choses était bonne comme sushi sinon beaucoup de plats arrivent très sec . Notre serveuse nous disait pas ce que l on nous servaient donc on ne sait pas qui a mangé la langue de boeuf que j avais commandé... un énorme smog gravité dans l air alors impossible d aller ailleurs par la suite . Apres 1 hrs bien assis vite c est le last call ... Je n irai plus jamais c est certain. Pas très propre non plus 🤷?♀?
