Malgré notre réservation, nous avons dû attendre à l'extérieur avant d'être installés.

De plus, nous avons passé notre commande avant 10 h, soit avant l'heure limite indiquée, mais nous n'avons pas reçu l'ensemble des plats commandés. Lorsque nous en avons informé le serveur, il nous a répondu qu'il était trop tard, malgré le fait que la commande avait été effectuée dans les délais.

Ça reste malgré tout une belle expérience entre amies & j'aime le concept !

Nous nous sommes presentés le soir de la St-Valentin sans grand espoir d'avoir une place. Contre toute attente, il y avait une table & le service était incroyable. Des employés souriants, attentionnés & efficace. Sans parler de la nourriture qui était délicieuse ! Nous repasserons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour dans la région !

Ça sert a rien de reserver alors que t'as carrément plus de 30 min d'attente, tellement mal organisés, à -18 dans le froid vous faites attendre plus de 60 personnes. La cuisine est bonne mais revoyez votre organisation parce que rien ne va!

Awesome place & the food is excellent. Be prepared to bring back the odour with your clothes though. When the place is full ventilation struggle:)

Le concept est bon mais La dame a l'entrée super bête qui criait sur les clients a plusieurs reprises pour fermer la porte un gros manque de respect. Service tres long.

The food was acceptable & the service itself was good; however, the experience at the end of the meal was very disappointing. When I went to pay, the waitress spoke to me in a rude & unprofessional manner & forced me to pay a 15%'standard service charge.' She insisted it was mandatory, & added tip on my bill. which is incorrect. Under Bill 72 (2025), no restaurant in Québec is legally permitted to require customers to tip. Her behaviour was inappropriate & left a negative impression despite the otherwise decent.

Très bonne expérience, le service est rapide & efficace. Les serveuses sont vraiment sympathique. Prévoyez apportez un cellulaire plein pour les commandes de nourriture.
