A confusing & chaotic experience! Never made it to the food as we were eager to abandon our reservation after waiting in the thirty person line at the front door. The hostess refused to speak to the line of guests until the front door was fully closed. Be prepared to wait in -18 degree weather despite having a reservation! Won't be back here!

In fairness, we were not made to wait outside like other comments here. Have booked reservation ahead of time & got us a decent table. The server was clear & very helpful with our needs. Meat was well marinated & tender. All others were also worth trying. Unlimited soda. It was a great experience I would say.
