This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. During my first visit as a walk-in, they made me wait 30 minutes before finally informing me that reservations were required. Strangely, after leaving, I called them immediately to make a booking & was able to get a table right away.

On my second attempt to dine here, I called to make a reservation. The staff offered me an 8:00 PM slot. When I asked if 8:30 PM was possible instead, the staff member abruptly told me that 8:00 PM was no longer available either & just said goodbye.

I will never return to this restaurant , & I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

Amazing experience from start to finish! The quality of the meat was outstanding-fresh, flavorful, & perfectly marinated. The side dishes were delicious & constantly refilled, & everything tasted authentic. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made sure our grill was always taken care of. The restaurant was clean, had a great atmosphere, & was perfect for a fun dinner with friends & family. I'll definitely be coming back & highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent Korean BBQ!
