Our dinners at Scores Saint-Georges are customary. The staff is usually excellent, & the cuisine is excellent with a good selection. But the last four trips have been incredibly disappointing. Unfortunately, we were always seated next to the same waiter. This waitress is patronizing & impolite. When we ask her nicely for refills, she ignores us, yells back angrily, doesn't listen to our responses, & goes away. She also essentially throws our desserts in front of us.We decided to file a complaint after feeling that this was sufficient, & we did not leave a tip. In a somewhat quiet setting, we waited for refills for over twenty minutes. We observed our waitress opening blinds, conversing with other waiters, etc. When she eventually returned to us without the refills, we asked her again, to which she curtly replied, "Hadn't had the time, thank you very much," in an impolite & patronizing manner. We will want to be seated in a separate section, or at the very least, we won't be returning for a short period. It is quite disheartening to witness this waitress damage the reputation of what is otherwise a quite decent restaurant.

We are usual dinners at Scores Saint-Georges. The food is great with a good selection & staff is usually great. Although, the past 4 visits have been very disappointing. We were, unluckily, sat with the same waitress each time. This waitress is rude & condescending. She ignores us & talks back rudely when we, very politely asked her for refills, doesn't listen to our answers to her questions & walks off instead, as well as basically throw our desserts in front of us. This time was enough for us to decide to complain, & we have not left any tip. We waited for more than 20 minutes for refills in a not so busy environment. We watched our waitress chat with other waitresses, open blinds, etc. When she finally came back to us without the refills, we asked her again & was rudely told that she''hadn't had the time, thank you very much'' said in the rude & condescending tone. We will not be going back for a little while, or at least we will ask to be sat in a different section. Very disappointing to see this waitress tarninsh the reputation of an otherwise pretty good eatery.
