J'avais de bons souvenirs de ce restaurant dans les 2 dernières années, mais ma dernière commande depuis la réno a été franchement décevante. Le poulet général Tai, qui était autrefois tendre & croustillant, manquait cruellement de fraîcheur & de goût. La texture laissait à désirer, presque caoutchouteuse, comme s'il avait été préparé à l'avance ou sacré dans le Wok aussitôt sortit du congélateur.

C'est dommage, car y'avait toujours une bonne constance & qualité dans leurs plats. Malheureusement, il semble y avoir une baisse notable au niveau des standards. C'est pas sorcier un General Tao, faut du poulet frais pis de la panure croustillante.

J'espère sincèrement que cette baisse de qualité n'est que passagère, car ce restaurant a toujours eu un bon potentiel. Pour l'instant, je n'en recommande plus & je vais chez BBQ Sakura à la place.

The food was good. But what pleased me the most was the staff & the service. They were very kind & understanding, they made it very easy for us to just communicate & feel comfortable during the experience. I would go back if I were to visit Quebec City again.

Excellente nourriture fraîche. Services impeccables. Option'apportez votre vin' est très appréciée. Juste un petit détail : Je m'ennuie de l'ancien menu sur papier & la manière de noter mes choix sur papier. Comme je ne connais pas tous les noms des choix de sushi, il est plus facile pour moi d'avoir une vue plus globale des options offertes sur papier que de devoir défiler avant/en arrière plusieurs fois mon cellulaire pour arrêter sur un choix. L'utilisation du cellulaire pour commander est pratique pour les clients habitués à commander.
