Le personnel ne répond pas au téléphone, prétextant être débordé. Impossible de les joindre, mais une fois sur place, il n'y a personne : ils attendent la fin du service. J'imagine bien ces employés expliquer au restaurateur que la fréquentation a baissé à cause des travaux. En réalité, ils ne répondent tout simplement pas au téléphone & ne prennent pas de commandes. Les clients ne savent pas s'ils peuvent venir. Hé, patron, où êtes-vous ?

La nourriture & les prix sont supers. Toutefois, si votre réservation est à 19h30 ne vous attendez pas à pouvoir entrer dans le restaurant quelques minutes avant... Ils font un grand nettoyage & ne nous laisse pas entrer nous s'asseoir avant. Plusieurs oublis des serveurs lots de notre dernière visite mais les autres fois c'était très bien côté service.

We loved the food & the service! All the staff was very kind, professional & efficient, & made us feel welcome. At a time when it's so hard for a restaurant to find staff, congratulations for hiring young people who know what great service means! We will be back for sure.

Atmosphere I mean the probleme is more the location. Got disappointed at the fact we had to pay extra for ginger, where the other sakura doesnt charge for it... & the other down point was that we got sitted at a dirty table 🫣, when there were many empty around us that look cleaner 🤔, go figure, but food was good, really enjoyed the seared sushis.

Meilleur spot à sushis à volonté à Québec!!!!!! On les a tous essayés & perdez pas votre temps venez directement ici ; poissons variés (thon, saumon, maquereau, palourdes, butterfish), grande & décadente sélection de sushis, breuvage en fontaine incluse & illimitée & en plus les serveurs sont attentionnés. Pour le même prix qu'ailleurs on mange 10 fois mieux 🫶🏼
