I'm going to start with we were a table of 12, so I already understand how it would be hard. We were split into 2 tables. First of all, you order using a QR code & you scan it using your phone. Then we were told that it's better to use only 1 phone to order or it will crash, which is sooo inconvenient to pass around. 2nd of all, the system doesn't work. Half of the stuff didn't come, most of the time we were just waiting. & we were supposed to be gone in 2H. Though our waiter was nice & explained & understood our issues. So that's a plus. He tried. The desserts came pretty fast. The custard buns were so good. It's the only thing that made my night.

Très déçu de recevoir ce courriel en anglais tout comme la réservation d'ailleurs. Plusieurs des commandes n'arrivaient pas à nous dans un délai raisonnable. Une commande a dû être reprise 2 fois. La serveuse s'en est occupée pour que cela fonctionne.

Certains plats commandés ne se sont pas rendus à notre table... J'ai deux recommander à deux reprises certains items, car nous ne les avions pas reçu après une trentaine de minutes d'attente.
