I'm quite disappointed. I ordered sushi through Uber Eats, & it was burnt. I called, & they told me that's how it was supposed to be. I checked the product description & photo, & it's not like that.

It's not just that it looks burnt; it really tastes like charcoal. It doesn't taste smoky or like any other ingredients; it just tastes like charcoal. When I called, customer service was horrendous. There was no empathy or responsibility; it was just,'I follow the recipe, & there's nothing I can do,' with a very unpleasant attitude.

Honestly, I don't know what to think.

I was really hungry, & to find the product like that, with that taste, & to be spoken to like that even though I called with a positive attitude to try to resolve the situation, is quite unpleasant.

I hope this comment is taken into account because a mistake like burning something happens, making a mistake with an order happens, but to be spoken to rudely twice is unacceptable; it's disrespectful.

Refuser une commande de seulement 8 sushis, puis me faire attendre 40 minutes, est inacceptable. Je suis très déçue du service.

Le 10 avril, préparation de 2x Poke bowl.Désoler de dire comme bien des restaurateurs le prix n a pas changé mais la moitié du contenue. On est rester sur notre faim. Très faible quantité pour tout ! Dommage

This place is a joke, don't order from them. Look at the spicy salmon homosaki & the 4 twin salmon & compare them to what they show on their website. I won't even talk about how ridiculously small the portion sizes are for a very overpriced end product. $85 (before taxes) for what you see on the third picture. What a joke this place is. These guys didn't even include Wasabi!!

Nous y sommes allés jeudi le 04 septembre vers 18h30 pour deux pokés à apportez. Très bon service du jeune homme à l'accueil & les pokés étaient délicieux; ils étaient fait avec attention. Ça faisait longtemps que nous avions pas mangé d'aussi bons pokés. Merci!
