J'ai trouvé l'expérience un peu décevante malheureusement. Le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas à la hauteur : on m'a servi du riz blanc au lieu de riz frit comme prévu, & les légumes étaient encore crus, ce qui donnait l'impression d'un plat pas tout à fait terminé.

C'est dommage, parce que l'ensemble aurait pu vraiment bien fonctionner si les cuisiniers avaient mis un peu plus d'attention & de savoir-faire dans la préparation. On sent un manque de compétence en cuisine, mais pas un manque de bonne volonté.

Le personnel, pour sa part, était très sympathique & accueillant, même si le service était un peu lent.

Bref, je pense que ce Thaï Zone a du potentiel, mais il faudrait mettre plus d'amour & de rigueur dans la préparation des plats pour que l'expérience soit vraiment satisfaisante.

Très bon endroit pour un repas rapide après un voyage en train & devant aller à l'hôtel & se préparer pour aller à un concert en soirée. Voilà cela doit être rapide car le train arrive à Québec une heure plus tard que prévu. Alors on est proche & on ne perd pas de temps & on a un repas avec du riz frit & du boeuf plus une boisson gazeuse à prix abordable.
