Vraiment déçu, ca fait une dizaine d'année que je viens ici & le service a toujours été bon, mais 1h d'attente pour une commande est complètement ridicule. Si les employés actuelle ne sont pas capable de gérer les commandes en lignes en meme temps que les commandes walkin cest qu'il faut les reformer. Comment se fait il qu'il priorise les commandes de livreur qui ne sont meme pas encore arrivé alors qu'il y a des clients dans la salle. Jai commandé mon plat en ligne pour venir chercher a 23h je suis sortis du restau a 23h58. Je suis consciente que parfois il y a des rush ayant vécu ce genre de situation mais la vraiment c'est du niveau. Cest très rare que j'écris ce genre d'avis & je m'en sens désolé surtout pour une de mes succursales'fast food' préféré de la ville mais il faut améliorer cette aspect. 2 employés dont 1 seul qui cuisine & un autre qui'gere' les autres choses mais que tu vois plus souvent en train de discuter que de travailler... Tout ca au final pour ne meme pas avoir les bon légumes dans un pad thai😑 bref. Beaucoup dautre chose a dire mais bon, hopefully this will be a one time thing.

Très bon endroit pour un repas rapide après un voyage en train & devant aller à l'hôtel & se préparer pour aller à un concert en soirée. Voilà cela doit être rapide car le train arrive à Québec une heure plus tard que prévu. Alors on est proche & on ne perd pas de temps & on a un repas avec du riz frit & du boeuf plus une boisson gazeuse à prix abordable.
