On a commandé 2 general tao & une soupe thai entrée. Ca fais longtemps qu'on avait pas commandé là parce que a chaque fois le riz est mal cuit. He bien ce soir cest encore le cas! Soit il seche soit il est pas assez cuit. Je penses plus quil est seché car il y a des bouchés quil est correct. Bref decevant a chaque fois!

J'ai commander sur Uber Eats, promotions 2 pour 1. Il avait seulement 1 repas dans le sac. J'ai appeller, ils ont dit ils ne peuvent pas rien faire, je doit appeller Uber Eats. J'ai appeller le livreur il ne peux pas rien faire. J'ai essayer sur le chat dans section aide sur Uber Eats, sa dit ERROR.
Pas d'ustensils & pas de napkins dans le sac, donc rien pour manger le repas car nous sommes dans un Hotel.
Le restaurant n'a pas bien faire leur job d'avoir completer la commande pour que le livreur part avec, & le service Uber Eats n'a pas aider non plus. Thaizone lance sa dans la cour de Uber Eats, mais s'ils auront completer la commande, j'aurais pas eu besoin de contacter Uber Eats!
Pire service de livraison que j'ai eu!

Waited one hour for a soup thai coconut with tofu, HOLD the peppers. Finally got here (5 mins from store btw) Noodles were mush, 20+ pieces of pepper! Got a replacement (no noodles, HOLD THE PEPPERS) Delivered in timely fashion but this time had the equivalent of a whole onion!!! (Plus green onion) Unedible, again. side note; tofu unmarinated. 22$ for unedible soup?!? No thanks

I always loved Thai Zone General Tao & this was no exception. The staff was very friendly even if we were having a mix-up with our cars. Funny fortune cookies too!

However, seeing staff go next to the food without hair nets & go as far as to SIT on the counter when not serving anyone isn't exactly appealing to see while eating.
