Commander pour un takeout à 19h10, arrive sur place à 19h30, la commande n'est toujours pas prête. Reçu la commande à 19h45. Pas reçu d'offre compensatoire. Pas un chat dans la cours donc je vous confirme qu'ils ne sont pas dans une heure de pointe… en plus la personne qui me répond à un air bête & me dit simplement que ça va être prêt bientôt…. Il l'avait même pas encore commencé… le service est franchement mauvais… ça serait un minimum avec les prix élévé. Merci cependant à la cuisinière qui a fait un meilleur service client que la personne initiale.

Nourriture excellente mais la qualité a baissé depuis la dernière fois que j'ai commandé en août (j'ai commandé la semaine passée fev 2026). Aussi, augmentation des prix. En payant 30$ pour un trio general tao avec un rouleau impérial & une canette de coke je m'attendais à avoir plus qu'un petit carton avec genre 8 morceau de poulet. La sauce est toujours aussi excellente mais je ne reprendrai pas de thaizone tant que les prix seront aussi haut.

Très bon service de la part des employés. Ils sont toujours ouvert à me conseiller selon mes envies. Les prix sont raisonnables & les portions sont bonnes. Les plats y sont très bons & variés. Je recommande !
