Ce soir, j'ai commandé une lasagne. J'ai été très déçu du format. J'ai même demandé si il ne savait pas trompé de format. C'est très cher pour un format pour enfant. Très mauvaise expérience pour une première fois chez un Topla. Première & dernière fois.

Arrivez pas pour commander 10-15min avant leur close car la cuisine sera fermé. Je comprends mais c'est ouvert jusqu'à 8pm pour apportez non? Manque la vente de 4 plats. Si j'étais franchisé je reconsidérerais…

2 commandes a se resto est a date je suis déçu a la dernière celle du 19 Aout 2024, j'avais demander dans mon plat des échalotte il en avait pas & dans l'autre plat j'ai demander du parmesan il en avait pas non plus... livraison a l'heure cétais chaud, donc le problème est de ne pas respecter les demandes

Chaque fois que j'y vais il y a qqch qui manque dans ma commande. On veut verifier avant de quitter, mais on se fait remettre un sac fermé & on nous dit que tout est beau. Pas d'excuses & un air bête quand on appelle. Des erreurs & des oublis ca l'arrive, mais c'est decevant de voir qu'ils s'en foutent.
