Je suis allée déjeuner 3 matins cette semaine & j'ai commandé TOUJOURS pain sans beurre & j'avais du beurre il me les changeait MAIS c'est le profil du boss que vous mettez à la poubelle 🤷?♀?🤷?♀?🤦?♀?

Tout est parfait. Sauf la température des aliments, pris un déjeuner, l'oeuf était'froid', les patates, un semblant de chaleur, café tiède. Pour moi ce n'est pas acceptable.

Nous avons déjeuner au Mike's St-Nicolas. Très beau menu, semble être un nouveau concept.
Service de Caroline était excellent & professionnelle! On va revenir !!

L'example d'un service parfait. Le restaurant était achalandé & quand j'ai finalement reçu ma pizza déjeuner, la cuisine avait oublié l'extra fromage. La serveuse a repris l'assiette & l'a fait refaire en gardant le sourire. Quand je lui ai commandé un deuxième double espresso elle m'a dit qu'elle n'allait pas me le charger à cause du délais. Ce petit geste a transformé mon expérience qui aurait mérité 3 ou 4 étoiles en 5 étoiles.
