The selection of flavours is nice. They even have my favourite dark chocolate. The taste was quite good, but I did have better, richer dark chocolate before.
The worst was that the ice cream was very soft. You don't sell soft, trumny ice cream. I had to eat it fast, & it wasn't even a hot day, so not sure why.
On subsequent visits they managed to freeze the ice cream well enough, it was it was quite nice.
Also good value, quality over price.

A Gem on Rue Saint-Jean Tutto Gelato, Quebec City.
If there is one stop in Quebec City that I would recommend without hesitation, it is Tutto Gelato on Rue Saint-Jean. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with genuine warmth & hospitality that immediately makes you feel welcome. The staff are attentive, courteous, & clearly passionate about what they serve, a quality that is increasingly rare & deeply appreciated.
I had the pleasure of trying two flavors: dark chocolate with hazelnut & pistachio. Both were nothing short of heavenly.
The dark chocolate with hazelnut was rich, velvety, & indulgent without being overwhelming, a perfect balance for anyone who appreciates depth of flavor in their gelato.
But the pistachio? That is where Tutto Gelato truly sets itself apart. As someone who loves pistachio & has been disappointed time & again by imitations elsewhere, places that rely on artificial coloring or essence to create the illusion of flavor, Tutto Gelato delivers something genuinely exceptional. You can taste real pistachio in every single spoonful. My advice: eat it slowly. Let it rest on your palate & savor it. You will understand exactly what authentic gelato is meant to be.
This is not gelato made for appearances. It is gelato made with integrity, crafted for people who truly love flavor. Tutto Gelato has earned a permanent place on my list whenever I am in Quebec City, & I cannot recommend it highly enough.

We visited Italy & we can easily say that the gelato here matches the quality in Italy. We returned twice during our 2-night stay in the city. The service is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

It was surprising to observe how meticulously they managed each milliliter of gelato, ensuring that none spilled over the edge of the small cup. This precision, while admirable in a sense, felt somewhat excessive & detracted from the overall experience. While the quality of the gelato is indisputable, the value proposition may not meet everyone's expectations, especially if you're accustomed to more generous servings for a similar price. Nonetheless, for those who prioritize flavor & quality over quantity, Tutto Gelato might still be a worthwhile stop. Exceptional flavors, great price & good quality ice cream. I really enjoyed this location as they have unique flavors that I've never actually seen anywhere else. I got the four flavor gelato which came out to less than 7$ which is an incredible deal in comparison to Toronto prices. I honestly do love the pistachio flavor which is both rich & yummy. However I do find that the gelato isn't as rich & creamy as others ive tried, maybe this is a different style & approach. I do highly recommend this place as it's both amazing in terms of price & quality!
