We had a terrific breakfast here - very happy to find a safe meal for celiac kids but it was delicious as well. Friendly service, great variety. Crepes, french toast, traditional breakfast were all great.

My partner is celiac & has struggled with eating out at restaurants, as he was always worried about cross-contamination. The lovely server at Le Veravin put him immediately at ease & it was one of the first times we have been able to eat out & just enjoy it, with no ill-side effects. My partner had the GF fish & chips (something he hasn't had for years!) & said they were amazing, I had the pasta with goat cheese & vegetables, which was also delicious. We would recommend this restaurant to not only celiacs, but anyone looking for a nice dining experience. If we ever come back to Quebec, this restaurant will be our go-to.

My girlfriend has Celiac so I found Le Veravin online as a gluten free restaurant.
She can be quite fussy & superficial & as we entered the average looking restaurant & welcomed by the owner Patrick in a t-shirt & jeans, she wasn't very optimistic but all that ended once we received our entrees. The food is incredible! The service, care, attention & selection for the gluten free dishes was the best she, & I have ever had.
Pretty well everything is homemade & it shows.
Thank you so much Patrick to you & your staff!
My girlfriend will never judge a book by its cover ever again.
The homemade gluten free bread is to die for.
We had the boudin entree, salmon on a cedar plank & the mushroom risotto as our main plates & were not disappointed.
We will be back!

My husband & I visited Quebec City for the first time for our honeymoon. I have Celiac's & did a lot of research regarding restaurants, lucky for me I came across this gem of a restaurant that catered to my allergies every need. My husband who does not have an allergy also enjoyed his meal so much we came for dinner & also two breakfasts. Thank you to the owner & staff for making at a wonderful food experience. All the best!

I ate there last night with my wife, who is celiac. It was awesome for her to have so many options & eat without worrying about the consequences. The food was great & the portion sizes generous. The staff was friendly, although toward the end of our meal the server seemed to become distant & less attentive that earlier, not asking if there was anything we would like etc. We could not figure out why. Overall, though, a great experience.

We made a reservation at Le Veravin because I knew that after a nine hour drive, we wouldn't want to have to hunt for a place to eat. My husband & daughter are celiac, & they felt very confident with the restaurant's menu & preparation. We loved the ribs & poutine (gluten free poutine!) but my son had the best compliment - he asked if we could drive there for dinner every night, it was worth the trip. Thanks Le Veravin!

Having Celiac disease, I was so delighted to have found this little gem of a restaurant. Most of the menu is gluten free with items like fish & chips, poutine, buns for the burgers etc. I am so use to having very limited options, that this was very exciting for me. I even splurged on the chocolate cake for dessert. The restaurant definitely has a more local feel & is not fancy, but very warm friendly casual atmosphere. Highly recommend if you have gluten issues.
