Souper à 5 avec un petit fils d'un an & demi. L'ambiance est quand même tumultueuse car c'est un hôtel familiale donc plusieurs jeunes familles au resto. En le sachant on fait avec, on le vivait nous même avec notre plus jeune. Un service à la hauteur & une qualité de bouffe incroyable. Tofu général Tao très bon, tartare de saumon superbe & risotto champignon extraordinaire. Le chef peut profiter de nos éloges. On a adoré notre repas en famille. Seul bémol pouvant être amélioré au niveau des enfants est pour le buffet. 0-4 ans 7,95$ C'est pas cher mais selon moi 2 ans & moins pourrait avoir le buffet gratuit alors qu'ils mangent à peine. Mais le buffet adulte & son bar à salade semblait vraiment une coche au dessus de bien des buffets. Merci pour ce savoureux moment. Nous reviendrons

Extrêmement dispendieux pour la qualité des plats. J'avais commandé la soupe asiatique avant qu'on repasse me dire qu'il n'y en avait plus; J'ai donc opté pour l'assiette poulet général tao, qui était noyé dans la sauce. 135$ avec taxes & tip (Sans alcool)pour un souper 2 adultes/ 2 enfants (Pogos & croquettes de poulet). Nous avons déjeuner sur place le lendemain, j'ai commandé le plat béné jambon / fromage, la sauce était fade & le jambon raide. encore un 65$ pour 4 déjeuners très moyens.

Je suis venu à l'Hôtel Québec pour des affaires & je ne voulais pas trop me déplacer. J'ai donc dîné au restaurant 10 Vagues, un endroit très familial avec un joli décor. Sur recommandation de la serveuse, j'ai choisi un général tao. J'ai été globalement satisfaite, sans être totalement emballée : le plat n'était ni mauvais ni exceptionnel, juste correct, avec du riz instantané & du poulet général tao pré-fait, probablement surgelé. Cependant, je tiens à souligner l'excellent service offert par la serveuse.

Un mardi matin(déjeunés) & un mercredi soir(souper), déjeuner, général tao & cote levée très bonne, j'ai eu un bon service & les plats sont arrivés rapidement. Merci beaucoup pour la belle expérience.
