We had a lovely visit to 3 Brasseurs & it was made more special because of our server, Ben. He took time to introduce us to specialty drinks & beers & menu items & he was most personable & efficient. Ben checked back with us to see what else we needed & ensured we were comfortable & happy.

Visited 3 Brasseurs during the Festival d'été de Québec & had an amazing time! The outdoor terrace was the perfect spot to sit & soak in the lively festival atmosphere. The beer was excellent, & the nachos were delicious. The staff was welcoming & friendly, making the experience even better. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Quebec City!

Fantastic! Our server, Sarah Claude, was amazing. We had 2 Flamms, sweet potato fries, & pretzel. Enjoyed every bite with the refreshing selection of beers. Highly recommend this location. Even though it's a chain, this was spectacular.

It's a decent place to grab a bite & a beer but overall we weren't impressed with the in house brewed beers. The stout was very belgian-esque with no roasty toasty or body, it would be accurate to call it a wee-heavy. The burger was delicious but the pizza like dish left some to be desired. I give credit for the speed our waitress produced the children's meals to keep them happy. Not our favorite but perhaps you'll like the beers more & rate higher. personally we enjoyed Inox across the street for their beer, but the burger at 3 brasseurs was better.

During our visit, the front desk host looked bothered by our presence. We had good service otherwise, & the beer was good,but the spicy burger was below McDonald's quality for a steep price. Braised flammkuchen was decent.

Great service, Super nice staff, but that could not make up for their middle of the road house beers.
It was so meh that I did not finish the flight.
It's maybe time to start selling other local beers.

As for the Liege waffle, it felt like it was pre-made, not much flavor or texture. It was topped with 2 generous scoops of ice cream, but a 30 min wait time & a dry-er texture did not leave a lasting impression

2 weeks ago stopped for lunch during a hot day, the only item we enjoyed was the beer. The burger was using a wonder bread bun & a slice of processed cheese, not worth $16, the salad my wife ordered was wilted, & my niece had a pulled pork that looked so bad & tasteless that she was ashamed to talk about.
The server, not sure what his problem was but it seemed like he was pre-occupied with something more important than listen to what we were asking.
Oh, their washroom gets a 5 star, very nice & clean, as I got sick after eating the burger.
You would think they put a bit more creativity into the food they serve to make them look more appealing or worth what it is supposed to be. I could have had a much superior burger at a Harveys or their next door neighbour Ashton at about half the price & on the same patio split only by a fence.
