The flambequouse (I think they were called) very nice. We actually returned for them. But then we tried the burger.... Badly overcooked (possibly bad quality?) meat, extremely sweet brioche bread, & we had ask for sauces, & napkins, repeatedly.
Nice beer though.

We stopped here for lunch & it was the perfect spot. It was cold out side & we had already trekked about 15,000 steps & needed some additional fuel. The pretzel was the appetizer which came with a queso & a mustard type of sauce. In my opinion, the mustard was better! The chicken tenders came with two dipping sauces but I can't speak to them as I did not try them. My main was the burger with sweet potato fries. Excellent! The dipping sauce for the fries was very fresh……I'm thinking they mix their mayo with a little sesame oil & a light siracha. The sesame oil was quite predominant in the taste & a nice touch.

Décu de la texture de la galette du burger, elle étais un peu comme du caoutchouc, sec & tiède. Dommage la sauce étais bonne. Ma conjointe pour ca part le plat choucroute saucisse, les saucisses & le morceau de jambon étais tiède & semblais avoir été déja réchauffé... l'endroit est cool & la bière excellente la bouffe nous à déçu, j'espère que ca peu aider à corriger ca. Commentaire constructif.

One of my favorite places in Quebec & Ontario. After more than a year I came back to have dinner & some drinks. As always the service & the drinks are so good, unfortunately the Tuna Poke was bad, bad, bad. The rice was completely dry, I asked for some soy sauce to make it eatable but they didn't have it.

I guess next time I keep attached to the drinks, & eat somewhere else.

Les calamars étaient bons mais il y avait des retails trop cuits & brûlés par contre le goût était tout là. Les nachos en peu secs manquent plus de fromage & de sauce. La bière est bonne, le service & l'ambiance aussi ⭐ recommandable !

La sauce à poutine authentique goûtait la sauce en poudre & pour le même drink (bloody ceasar), j'ai reçu deux présentations différentes & deux goûts différents. Sinon, le service & l'ambiance était super!
