Désolé mais juste du frais juste du vrai c'est faux. Ma conjointe & moi avons acheté des poutines & les frites étaient froides, beaucoup trop cuites alors nous ne reviendrons pas. C'est dommage comme la constante de la qualité a diminué beaucoup, curieusement ça correspond grandement au changement de propriétaire. Merci, vous devriez porter plus attention

Nous sommes allés diner au Ashton Côte du palais, j'ai pris une assiette rosbeef extra poutine & me suis retrouvé avec un extra saucisse, essayé pas de faire changer ça la caissière trop dans le jus à transférer le pourboire de la caisse au p'tit pôt & pas le temps de répondre, en plus de nous écoeuré avec leur minimum de pourboire à 15%, nous étions 4 travailleurs & nous y retournerons plus à ce Ashton là aussi bien aller au McDo à côté...

Amis tours opérateurs passez votre chemin! Notre guide parle au gérant ou proprio le matin pour prévenir d'un groupe de 40 touristes de France. Arrivé le soir du lundi 3 mars 2024, un employé arrive stressé, visiblement agacé de devoir venir travailler pour ce groupe. Malgré une facture de plus de 800$ comprenant taxes & pourboire, AUCUNE GRATUITÉ POUR LE GUIDE!!! Un repas d'environ 16$... donc autour de 4-5$ de food-cost... AUCUNE GRATUITÉ POUR LE GUIDE!! Ce commerce perdra donc 800$ pour 4-5 $ de food-cost! Je n'ai jamais vu ça en 34 ans de métier!! Gestion d'amateur non habitué aux groupes. Donc amis tours opérateurs & agences de voyages, compagnies d'autocar dont le chauffeur est tout le temps gratuit ( car ceux qui ont compris veulent des autocars), comités d'Entreprises de France, passez votre chemin.
