Si vous passez au service au volant, j'espère pour vous que vous n'êtes pas pressés ! Probablement l'un des pires services au volant de la ville. J'étais seule dans la file & j'ai dû appeler à l'intérieur, puisque personne ne répondait à l'interphone pour prendre ma commande. & au moment où j'écris ces lignes, ça fait maintenant 15 minutes que j'attends pour une mini-poutine… Je précise encore une fois que je suis seule dans la file ! Un service extrêmement lent & franchement décevant. 😑

Je n'ai jamais reçu un service aussi décevant. J'ai simplement demandé à une employée de remplacer ma boisson, car il n'y avait plus de gaz. Elle a hésité à le faire & son attitude n'était pas professionnelle. Après plusieurs échanges, elle a finalement accepté de remplacer mon Pepsi, mais elle n'a rempli le verre qu'à moitié.

Je suis venu plusieurs fois dans cet établissement, mais après cette expérience, je ne le recommanderai plus. Malheureusement, le service était vraiment insatisfaisant

Il n'y avait aucune autre commande en attente, mais ça a quand-même pris une éternité pour avoir une poutine classique régulière. La prochaine fois, j'irai à une autre succursale.

Hier, Assiette rosbif de Déluxe bien ordinaire. Quasi pas de frites, quasi pas de sauce, pain qui goûte le brûler, & des prix un peu trop élevé. C'est terminé pour nous à ce restaurant.

Votre resto va sûrement fermer bientôt il n y a jamais personne & vos prix sont exorbitants 50$ pour 2 poutines & deux breuvages & en plus les frites étaient sec & il manquait de la sauce & du fromage n importe quoi il y a beaucoup d autres endroits qui font des poutines & c est pas débile comme prix

Qualité des aliments très douteuse, il y a assurément un problème de contrôle de qualité, voir salubrité. La personne au comptoir était très gentille mais ce restaurant ne fera plus partie de nos choix.
