Si vous passez au service au volant, j'espère pour vous que vous n'êtes pas pressés ! Probablement l'un des pires services au volant de la ville. J'étais seule dans la file & j'ai dû appeler à l'intérieur, puisque personne ne répondait à l'interphone pour prendre ma commande. & au moment où j'écris ces lignes, ça fait maintenant 15 minutes que j'attends pour une mini-poutine… Je précise encore une fois que je suis seule dans la file ! Un service extrêmement lent & franchement décevant. 😑

Malheureusement j'étais à 15 minutes de la fermeture, le commis avait un air de'beux', il n'était pas content que des clients se pointe si tard.

De plus la bouffe était tiède, imaginer une Dulton tiède, pas très bon. Un Sandwich roast beef carrément froid. La liqueur était correcte par contre, miam!!!

Une attente en file au service au volant de 10 minutes & une facture de 29$ incluant 4$ de pourboire, je vais étirer mes visites. La nouvelle administration devrait faire quelque chose pour la qualité car c'est de moins en moins bon.

J'étais super content de savoir que des Québécois avaient repris en charge l'entreprise, mais j'ai bien peur qu'il ne survivront pas!!!

La bâtisse a besoin de rénovation.

Update août 2025: Merci pour le super service. Je suis heureux de voir que c'est encore possible d'être content d'aller chez Ashton. Go Go Beauport!

Je vais toujours au service au volant. La bouffe est toujours impeccable, la commande complete & sans erreur, je laisse toujours un peu de pourboire Mais, SVP, dites a vos employés d'arrêter de demander : " même montant?" Au moment se payer par carte de debit.
C'est pas poli. D'autant plus que lorsque tu donnes le tip, t'as rien recu encore...
