Malheureusement m'a ma commande même si je suis entré dans le restaurant pour mentionner mon insisfaction lors de ma dernière commande, frites dures viandes du hamburger dure & froide, ma commande était imparfaite , mauvais burger simple, commander double BBQ bacon fromage, frites non cuites poutine quand commander un mini dulton extra fromage plus sauce,... & pas de facture pour confirmer la transaction. Vraiment dommage car je suis client & demeure en face du resto....

Je suis passé ce midi (18avril) pour un simple dîner poutine & quel service désagréable du service à l'auto, aucun bonjour, écoute à moitié ma demande, aucun sourire & lorsqu'elle ma demander si je payais le montant exacte & que j'ai dit oui elle ma presque claquer la fenêtre au nez comme si elle était insulter de ne pas avoir de pourboire. Quelqu'un peut lui dire que cela n'nécessite un minimum de service pour avoir un pourboire a un fast-food. Moi, à sa place, j'irais travailler dans les cuisines tant qu'a être aussi bête au service client. Je n'ai jamais eu un aussi mauvais service que celui de ce midi a cette place.
