Au Chalet en Bois Rond specializes in traditional Québecois cuisine served within a rustic log building that evokes the quintessential spirit of a regional sugar shack. The environment reflects a rugged timber aesthetic, providing a focused atmosphere where the craftsmanship of traditional sugaring practices remains the primary highlight. Every offering demonstrates a commitment to regional heritage by highlighting savory meat pies and delicate pancakes drenched in amber maple syrup. This establishment maintains a disciplined dedication to the culinary customs of the province, ensuring every element serves as a direct reflection of historical maple forest traditions.

We are a large family group travelling from Australia to enjoy a long held dream of a White Christmas. We are so thankful to God & to all the Staff & Owners of Au Chalet En Bois Rond who made this one of the most precious & memorable experiences we have ever had. The staff were so friendly, helpful & responsive from the front reception to the Activity Center to the Maintainence people. We stayed in Étincelle chalet & it was so beautifully designed, built & decor was befitting both a cosy log cabin & the Christmas season. It was stocked suberply well catering for our large family so comfortably with both bedding, kitchen, multiple bathrooms & room set up & functionality. The fireplace, spa & pool table were a gathering place when we returned from enjoying the multiple experiences on offer such as ice skating, tubing (providing endless fun), ice fishing, snow play with forts, snowmen, snow fights, walks on the trails & the family favourite being the dog mushing sled trip. Thank you for the thoughtfulness in chalet design, property layout & activities. It truly is a dream destination. 👌🏻💕

Autrement bravo
Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Had a great time ice skating on the pond behind our chalet, sitting out by the fire pit & enjoying the outside jacuzzi! Our chalet was so roomy & beds were really comfortable!
The worst place in Quebec! there is no sign & not stuff, we can't find the place & few minutes late, but we were told we can't play dog sledding although i have reservations, even cannot get refund. I spend 150 dollars come here & 200dollars for the reservation, but now i can only sit here & do noting!
