Best food ever & such a lovely dining experience! I thought the food was incredible especially the veal carpaccio, cheese in pastry, pea soup, beef tenderloin, & strawberry shortcake!! We enjoyed a nine course meal & all the food was beautifully plated & well timed. It was a dreamy, magical experience! The atmosphere is warm & inviting & the service was really helpful - especially with our English!

10/10 RECOMMEND!!

I came across this gem after exploring Grands-Jardins National Park, & it turned out to be a delightful find. The food was outstanding, featuring in-season vegetables & regional specialties that truly highlighted the local flavors. Our waiter was exceptionally hospitable, sharing interesting insights about the area. The atmosphere was cozy yet refined, with a candlelit dinner setting that added to the upscale rustic charm. The burrata appetizer, pea soup, & salmon were all delicious.

Excellent souper à l'auberge Baker. Service sympathique, nourriture québécoise typique & délicieuse dans un cadre agréable. Le trio québécois (tourte, boulettes & boudin) était excellent & copieux.

Sa fait maintenant 3 fois que nous sommes aller souper & 2 fois à la soirée du Quartet du Moulin à L'Auberge Baker & à chaque fois, nous sommes époustouflés & comblés. Niveau restauration, c'est toujours TRÈS savoureux, TRÈS varié & DIGNE d'un grand restaurant. Niveau service & ambiance, c'est toujours INPECCABLE, avec une ambiance décontractée & apaisante. Je recommande à tous ce genre de soirée avec une/des personnes que vous aimés. Continuez votre bon travail qui à mon humble avis, frôle la perfection & même plus.

C'était correct mais j'ai déjà mangé mieux ailleurs pour ce qui est du brunch. Rien à voir avec les soupers qui sont excellents.

Aujourd’hui nous sommes un peu déçu de notre souper hier soir mon plat principal était froid manque de saveur, le service était bien pour le déjeuner nous somme très déçu pas de crêpes, pas de saucisses pas d’œuf à la diable seulement fromage simple & sèche .un peu de cretons très peu alors merci quand même.

Première expérience pour nous & tout était parfait. Merci a notre serveur Simon a qui c est grâce a lui notre visite. Nous reviendrons c est certain pour un brunch ou tester un souper. La nourriture était vraiment excellent.

on soupçonne qu'il y a eu une énorme charge de travail dans la cuisine parce que le service était un peu lente mais ce n'était pas de la volonté de la serveuse.
