We've been going here for well over a decade. When we first came some 18 years ago, the tasting, 9-course menu was one of the best meals we'd ever experienced. Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. The rooms are basically unchanged & quite nice. We ended up skipping dinner. I was expecting the usual hot breakfast & was instead greeted with a buffet-style layout. We were offered crepes & gladly accepted, but not 100% sure what we were given was maple syrup. The fruit salad was quite good & better than most places that use cheap fruit & funky preservative syrup. It was very fresh.
Still all-around very good, but just not top-notch like it used to be.

Tagliatelle aux crevettes & saumon: un désastre ! Ça ne goûtait rien! Du papier mâché & ça c'est pareil! Aucune saveur aucun goût!!
Service très déficient!!! Une heure d'attente entre les entrées & le repas! On a demandé du poivre pour donner du goût : on n'en a jamais eu ! On a demandé de l'eau: ce n'est jamais venu! On nous a apporté la carte de dessert mais après 30 minutes d'attente pour leur dire ce qu'on a choisi, on a décidé plutôt de ne pas en prendre & de QUITTER!! Personnel courtois mais complètement désorganisé!! Nous n'y retournerons JAMAIS! Soirée gâchée à 150$$!!

Outstanding in every way. Great prices, breakfast includes crepes with their own maple syrup! Antiques all about, but modern amenities included. Staff is very friendly & courteous.
Just one word of advice, if you're an avid tea drinker like me, you may find having to ask for tea bit. trying. Coffee in room is excellent & included. Be sure to go for a walk/drive on the historic Ste. Anne (oldest street in North America)!

Non mi permetto di valutare il ristorante ma solo l'hotel che ha delle camere che non sono brutte ma sono piccole e molto impolverate. I soggetti allergici è meglio che stiano alla larga. La colazione aveva prodotti di scarsa qualità e con pochissima varietà. I ragazzi del servizio, invece, sono stati molto attenti e gentili

Such a hidden gem! We loved our dinner here, choosing the 5 course tasting menu.

We stayed onsite while passing through on our way up north. While our room was dated, it was perfectly comfortable & included breakfast - honestly a steal for the price we paid. Not much else in the immediate vicinity, but easy access to get back on the road to continue our trip!

Best food ever & such a lovely dining experience! I thought the food was incredible especially the veal carpaccio, cheese in pastry, pea soup, beef tenderloin, & strawberry shortcake!! We enjoyed a nine course meal & all the food was beautifully plated & well timed. It was a dreamy, magical experience! The atmosphere is warm & inviting & the service was really helpful - especially with our English!

10/10 RECOMMEND!!

Delicious & exactly what we had hoped for! Authentic food of Quebec set in what felt like an inn in the French countryside. Can't recommend this highly enough! Merci, Emmet & Lillett!
