About

Offering a glimpse into Quebec’s past, Bar Artefact is the perfect place for enjoying a light meal and signature drinks from one of the city’s most creative cocktail menus, while surrounded by artefacts preserved in time. The bar showcases relics unearthed on site during a recent excavation dig, such as the Dauphine Battery and window displays filled with objects dating back from six distinct eras in our property’s history.

Nous sommes allés pour le thé à l'anglaise. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles est qu'une des 5 personnes qui devaient être présentes était malade & n'a pas pu venir. Nous avons dû payer sa part quand même. Nous avons eu 5 portions oui mais je trouvais plate qu'on doive payer pour 5 alors que nous étions 4. Mais bon, la nourriture, l'ambiance & le service étaient extraordinaires

On y a été pour l'heure du thé. Super bon, à un prix abordable & dans une ambiance feutrée. La pianiste qui jouait pendant notre repas ajoute beaucoup à l'expérience. Nous reviendrons certainement!

We are staying at the hotel & decided to eat here out of convenience - & what a happy surprise it turned out to be. Wonderful cooking, & lovely service. Oysters were fresh & delicious & The butcher's cut for two is a must-order. We couldn't have been happier that we stayed in for dinner.
