On nous a ignoré un peu dans notre coin, à attendre le service, mais c'est bien passé. Le charr était plutôt ordinaire en goût & un peu trop cuit, l'assiette manquait de couleur (terne, pas de décoration genre compote tomates cerises, mais bon). Entrée de poireaux délicieux. Un beau moment.

We were treated quite rudely by the woman at the hostess stand. Everyone else were quite lovely but the 1 woman who treated us like she didn't want us to be there.

Service was very poor; practically non-existent. Water was not refilled, orders not taken. Bar was not full but we were virtually ignored. Disappointing as we had very much looked forward to this experience. Flavor of food ordered was good but portions very small for the price. Won't be returning.

We both ordered the Arctic Char for dinner as the main entree & we were given two arctic char dips/appetizers with cut up vegetables. When we said we didn't order this a gentleman said they made something special for us with the arctic char. We were so surprised that we didn't say anything because no where on the menu did it say we were going to eat an arctic char dip / appetizer. So it was obvious that the chef didn't have enough Arctic Cha & he used what he had left over to serve us an arctic char dip, which was not what we ordered on the menu!
They were not honest with us about this deception & we were so shocked we didn't say snugging about it as thus has never happened to us before. We should have not been charged for this arctic char dip because we ordered an arctic char entree!

Endroit tellement agréable .... Le personnel est «parfait: un bravo spécial à Chloé qui nous a accompagnées avec un service personnalisée & impeccable. Nourriture, comme toujours, EXCELLENTE. Merci de m'avoir permis de fêter mon anniversaire de façon unique à Québec.

A bit of difficulty trying to order a USA Chardonnay off your wine menu. Took three people. Finally the bottle from the wine menu(second one) was delivered by bar tender to our dinner table.

Malheureusement, l'expérience culinaire n'était pas au rendez-vous. Le plat d'omble fontaine ne correspondait pas à la description & manquait de finesse. Le burger n'était pas suffisamment cuit. Nous espérons revenir avec l'enthousiasme de naguère.

Everything was superb, thanks very much. A welcoming oasis on our arrival at the Auberge for a 3 night stay. Inventive menu, excellent wine options, gracious & warm service, & a cosy spot for 2 by the fire. Couldn't ask for anything more!
