In the heart of Old Québec, Bar Artefact brings together signature cocktails and light sharing plates, in a décor where every object tells a story. Saturdays and Sundays, from 2 to 4 pm, enjoy our tea time: an assortment of sweet and savory bites.

About

Offering a glimpse into Quebec’s past, Bar Artefact is the perfect place for enjoying a light meal and signature drinks from one of the city’s most creative cocktail menus, while surrounded by artefacts preserved in time. The bar showcases relics unearthed on site during a recent excavation dig, such as the Dauphine Battery and window displays filled with objects dating back from six distinct eras in our property’s history.

Nous avons la bonne habitude de nous rendre à l'Auberge St-Antoine 3/4 fois par année! Un arrêt au bar Artefact va de soi avant d'aller souper! Cosy, sympathique & accueillant! Ludovick nous a reçu & ce fut très agréable & professionnel! Un excellent souvenir & des rires de satisfaction de nous tous (nous étions 4 convives)! Je souhaite que ce jeune homme soit à votre embauche pour une bonne période ( il est là depuis 6 mois)! Encore Merci & Bravo! Lyne, Hubert, Johanne & Armand!

My absolute favorite place to dine in my neighborhood. I love the atmosphere. The food is delicious. I usually sit at the bar & enjoy my meal with a yummy cocktail & the company of the bartenders as I'm usually dining alone. They are great! I've been here at least 3 times or more & every single time I've never been disappointed. I love the variety of food options & the seasonal changes in the menu, though some items are permanent. I can't wait to visit again, which will be soon.

We were seated in a cozy nook next to the fireplace, the perfect spot for a cold winter night. We enjoyed the food & went with the waiter's recommendations, including the incredible fries-crispy & topped with grated St-Louis cheese-& a refreshing homemade lemonade. We also indulged in the Billionaire's Bar, a melt-in-your-mouth confection with a soft peanut butter center coated in rich chocolate.

nous avions réservé une table pour 5 personnes. on a dit à l`accueil que nous avions une réservation & on nous a placé dans une table à 4 avec une personne toute coincée au bout,Vraiment pas l'idéal pour ce type de restos haut de gamme.

Ce restaurant mérite un étoile Michelin. Nous avons très apprécié l'assiette avec le contre-filet de boeuf avec sa superbe sauce accompagné d'une variété de légumes (Juste Wow !!!) Dé-li-cieux!!! Je vous recommande fortement ce plat. C'est le meilleur que j'ai mangé.
& à un prix plus qu'abordable.
Un vrai coup de coeur 💝

L'ambiance est formidable! 6 étoiles au voiturier qui se démène pour offrir la meilleure expérience client qui soit. Juste comme j'arrivais à pieds & qu'il s'occupait de deux clients qui arrivaient en voiture, il a pris quelques secondes pour venir m'ouvrir la porte d'entrée. Wow.. Son attention m'a touché!
