Small Local Bistro who loves to work the products of the Earth. Everything is homemade starting with bread or Smoked Meat, even kechup! We are working on a slate menu where we propose a game of Bistro dishes that change according to seasonal arrivals. For example wild boar, and deer are often found on our slate. In addition, a sommelier is always on hand to advise you and make you discover his new finds. A wine list of about 200 labels that is regularly renewed with a wide variety of wine by the glass. The wine cellar can also be booked on request for your private events.

Dans le cadre de la Table gourmande, j'y ai vécu une soirée où chaque détail était maîtrisé, du premier service jusqu'à la toute dernière gorgée.
Dès l'arrivée, on sent une cuisine assumée, raffinée, mais surtout profondément ancrée dans le terroir. La soirée débute avec une crème de champignons & foie gras absolument somptueuse. Riche sans être lourde, elle est rehaussée par des armillaires marinées au vinaigre à l'ail noir, qui viennent apportez une complexité aromatique remarquable. C'est le genre d'entrée qui vous fait fermer les yeux un instant pour savourer pleinement chaque bouchée.
Le plat principal, une côte levée de sanglier au cassis, confirme immédiatement le niveau d'exécution en cuisine. La viande est tendre, savoureuse, parfaitement cuite. Le cassis apporte une profondeur fruitée qui enveloppe le tout avec élégance. La purée de panais, d'une texture soyeuse, vient équilibrer les saveurs avec une douceur réconfortante, tandis que les pommes de terre rattes ajoutent une touche plus rustique, parfaitement dosée.
& que dire du dessert… Un gâteau au fromage de chèvre qui sort des sentiers battus, accompagné d'un crémeux à l'argousier & d'un sorbet aux baies de sureau. Une finale audacieuse, fraîche, légèrement acidulée, qui vient nettoyer le palais tout en laissant une impression durable. C'est maîtrisé, original, & franchement délicieux.
Mais au-delà de l'assiette, il faut parler du service. Rarement voit-on une telle précision. Le serveur a su proposer des accords mets-vins d'une justesse remarquable, sans jamais être imposant. Chaque suggestion venait amplifier les plats, comme une extension naturelle de la cuisine.
& pour conclure cette expérience sur une note parfaite, une grappa signée Marolo (Milla Marolo), intense, élégante, & parfaitement choisie pour prolonger le plaisir.
Le BE Club, ce n'est pas simplement un restaurant. C'est une expérience complète. Une cuisine maîtrisée, des produits de qualité, un service impeccable & une ambiance qui invite à prendre son temps.
Une chose est certaine : c'est le genre d'endroit où l'on va une première fois… & où l'on planifie déjà son retour avant même de quitter la table.
Pour les impatients amateurs de 3 étoiles …. Si vous critiquez un resto qui offre un repas aussi gastronomique pour aussi peu que 65$ vous êtes malhonnêtes!
En ce samedi 19 juillet 2025. On est tombés sur Be Club un peu par hasard… & quelle chance ! Dès les premières minutes,
l'accueil chaleureux nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise. L'ambiance est détendue, le personnel est
d'une grande gentillesse, & on sent qu'on est entre de bonnes mains.
Nous avons commencé avec deux cocktails du jour, parfaits pour se détendre sur la petite
terrasse : originaux, bien équilibrés, super rafraîchissants - le tout accompagné d'une
délicieuse'surprise' maison. Résultat : un petit hors-d'oeuvre savoureux, mettant à l'honneur
leur fameux bacon, parfaitement accordé à nos verres. On a tout de suite eu envie de rester
pour souper.
De l'entrée au dessert, les produits locaux sont mis en valeur, & ça fait plaisir. C'est simple,
savoureux, bien présenté, dans une ambiance feutrée & agréable. Mention spéciale pour la
bruschetta LE FERMIER.
Toue la soirée a été détendue, gourmande, pleine de petites attentions. Le lieu est beau,
intime, & on s'y sent vraiment bien.
Une découverte inattendue, mais mémorable. Un vrai coup de coeur qu'on n'est pas près
d'oublier. On recommande sans hésiter - & cette fois, on reviendra exprès

A boutique owner in Ottawa suggested that this is the best restaurant in Quebec City &, without having tried all of them, I would venture to say she was absolutely right. Unassuming from the outside, the inside is lovely, warm & charming. We were greeted by the sommelier who made wonderful suggestions to accompany our dishes. The bison carpaccio & scallop appetizers were incredible! The mac'n cheese entree may sound pedestrian, but it is anything but. If you like poutine (a food concept we're still trying to wrap our heads around), the poutine fois gras will spoil you for any other version.
This place is on a quiet little street, a half-block from a very noisy one, lined with one restaurant after another, & tables seemingly on top of each other. BE Club was a delightful oasis, in every way imaginable.
We initially went to the BE Club Bistro & Bar as part of a food tour. As it is on a side street we wouldn't have found it on our own, but in the brief time we were there, we knew we had to return for the full experience. We have all had food prepared by a cook or a chef, but to have food prepared by an artist is rare, & that is what Stefan, the chef/proprietor of BE Club Bistro Bar is, a true artist.
A sense of calm greets you as you enter the door. It is readily apparent he has put his heart & soul into this establishment. From the peaceful music, to the use of whimsical lighting & decor, to the flashes of red you can see through the brick archway into the kitchen, every detail has been selected with care, & that is also how you will be treated.Our waiter was warm, helpful, attentive & thoughtful. From his description of the food choices to his suggestions for accompanying cocktails, it was clear he took pride in his work & truly wanted us to enjoy our evening.
We began with a delightful scallop appetizer, that melted in your mouth & left you wanting for more. For our main entrees my husband had the Bison Rib which he described as succulent with robust flavors, & being one of the best meals of his life . I thoroughly enjoyed their playful twist on Mac & Cheese including the house made bacon. We gluttonously ended our meal by splitting a Poached Pear dessert that was somehow simultaneously light & decadent.
Needless to say, we left feeling very fortunate to have discovered this gem of a restaurant & hope when you are in Quebec City, you do yourself a favor & make a reservation, you will not be disappointed!
I came here for one dish: poutine. I had tried some earlier in Montreal & was about to leave Canada thinking "I don't get poutine". BE Club changed that. I get the hype now. The smoked meat was a big selling point. The gravy was not traditionally thick, but delicious. The fries & curds held the plate together while the smoked meat stole the show. Well done!

This restaurant is excellent. The charcuterie board & the club sandwich were superb! The poutine was delicious, too. Also, the staff were welcoming, friendly, & hardworking.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre sortie au BE Club. Malgré un dégât d'eau au sous-sol, le personnel a toujours été attentif & disponible. Je vous recommande l'orgetto avec tataki de thon, un délice!
