If I could give BEclub 6 stars I would. This might be the best meal I have ever had. From the cheese plate to the creme brulee, everything was perfection. The venison filet was melt in your mouth tender & my husband raved about his perfectly cooked char. We ate here our first night in Quebec City, & of all the wonderful places we ate, this was my favorite. The atmosphere is cozy, not pretentious at all, & easily ranks alongside Michelin starred restaurants. I want to go back to the city just to eat here again! It's really that good.
Belle ambiance calme & reposante, bon service, & chaque plat & breuvage étaient succulents. Si vous cherchez un restaurant gastronomique à essayer avec la garantie d'en ressortir plein & satisfait, c'est l'endroit à essayer pour vous! Ma recommandation : le fameux mac'n cheese est à tomber de sa chaise!
Always provides THE best food & overall experience in all of Quebec City. Foie gras, cheeses, pasta & steak to die for.. a must every visit to the city.

We had an incredible meal here on Dec 29. I am a pescatarian & easily had a delicious meal. I got the bruschetta appetizer with goat cheese (amazing) & then the Mac & cheese style pasta that was incredible. We also ordered one of each dessert. My family also loved their food & we agreed this was our favorite meal of the trip! Such a great find, super cozy vibes, love it!
My husband & I just had dinner at BeClub. Giovani, Tomas, & Alexandra were excellent. Very friendly, attentive, & made pairing recommendations for our dinner & dessert. We weren't rushed. It was the best cheese tray we've had & our halibut & filet minion were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was cozy & warm. Would go back when we visit Quebec in the future. Highly recommend.
The foie gras in the mushroom soup special was hands down the best foie gras I've ever had. The soup itself was incredibly flavorful, & the bread at the bottom was a really nice touch that tied everything together perfectly. The mac & cheese was also excellent-rich, creamy sauce with chewy pasta & well-balanced seasoning.
For dessert, we had the crème brûlée & the poire pochée. Our favourite was definitely the poire pochée, which was beautifully done & well balanced. The crème brûlée was good, but we found it a little too sweet for our taste.
The beetroot carpaccio was fantastic & really aesthetically pleasing.
The bison ribs were okay; a richer sauce would have helped balance the gamey flavor. I know bison can be tricky to work with, but they could have benefited from more seasoning or a deeper sauce.
We were in Quebec to celebrate my 50th birthday & had reservations on Dec 6th. It was an amazing experience! To start, it's so cozy & warm inside, a beautiful atmosphere. Our waiter was spot on with his recommendations. He started with a drink he created, & it was a delicious sangria with a winter theme. We then had the charcuterie which was delicious. He explained each item & where the cheese came from. For our main course, I had the Filet Mignon which was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Bison Rib, which he really enjoyed. The waiter recommended delicious wines to go with our main course. We ended the meal with a shared creme brulee. It was the perfect end to our trip in lovely Quebec City.
Okay, my first thought after walking in was'honky-tonky' because the interior reminded me of a western themed interior.
The centrepiece is a massive upside-down Christmas tree complete with presents so maybe'funky' is more apropo?
Looks aside, the filet mignon with blueberry sauce was absolutely delectable! My wife & I both agreed that it was one of the better ones we've had & neither of us had any trouble clearing our plate.
My onion soup resembled a deconstruction attempt of the French variety & intentionally omitted the ever crucial cheese. While the soup was good, they should have included cheese.
