Service très sympatique. Superbe décor & ambiance, chic mais pas guindé. Meilleur tartare de ma vie, il était divin! Chapeau. & que dire des carbonara. Vins, desserts, café & tout était parfait. C'est mon resto pour me gâter quand je suis à Québec!!

My 12 year old daughter & I enjoyed a beautiful early evening dinner on the back terasse of Bello, which is just inside the gates of the old city in a quieter setting than some of the more bustling areas. We had the tuna tartare, spaghetti bolognese & the special of the evening, lobster risotto. The food was delicious & our staff were professional, kind & very patient with my desire to speak French. Next time we will try to save room for dessert. Merci.

Service is excellent here with constant attention but no one rushing you to finish & leave. We were here nearly 2 hours enjoying the wonderful Italian food. Caesar salad was probably the best we have been served. The ravioli was excellent & the portion was huge. The risotto with seafood was a bit disappointing, only one decent sized shrimp & scallop with the rest of the seafood tiny pieces in the risotto. Tiramisu & Pecan pie was delicious. Definitely make a reservation because by the time we left the entire restaurant was jammed with customers. With a bottle of wine, appetizers, mains & dessert it came to $165 which we thought was quit normal for this location. On a beautiful day ask for a table on the open air patio.

Nourriture excellente, mais jeune serveuse pas très souriante. De plus, elle a fait plusieurs erreurs sur toutes nos factures. Elle a du les refaire à deux reprises! Elle ne mous a même pas remerciés de l'avoir informée qu'elle avait oublié de facturer TOUS les desserts. Nous étions sept, & cinq d'entre nous avaient commandé des desserts...

Disappointing!!! You get a rushed feeling. Our waitress was good but 2 dishes out of 6 were sent back cold. Another 2 out of 6 were not enjoyed & barely touched as well as being barely warm. The others who help serve were not friendly in the least. The only saving grace was our waitress brought us some desserts to split for free & a shot each for the problems. We would never eat a meal here again but may come back just for dessert. They were great. After all the positive reviews I read we weren't please at all. Definitely out worst meal in the 3 nights we spent in Quebec City.

A wonderful lunch with my wife & 8 & 13 years boys. Beef carpaccio was fantastic, my carbonara was delicious, wife's ravioli was outstanding, 8-year old's margarita pizza was solid, & 13-year old's seafood risotto was solid. Desserts were yummy. Outdoor seating was pleasant. Service was friendly & prompt. Very, very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended on its own & in comparison to the other 7 or 8 restaurants we visited in Quebec City.

If I could only use one word to describe this restaurant it would be "perfection"! Everything from the moment we sat down until we left was truly perfect. We were seated at a lovely window table that was very quiet & romantic. Their famous bread was phenomenal & the appetizer, main course & dessert were just tremendous. Really can't say enough about it & hope to revisit before we depart!

We had reservations in the evening (at 8:30 pm- it was very busy!). We requested to sit out on the patio, & we were pleasantly surprised. The male hostess really made our evening memorable. Very organized & swift service throughout our dinner. Decor made it seem fancy, & we really enjoyed the inside & outside of the restaurant. Food was amazing! I had the half portion of the cuttlefish linguine pasta with seafood, which was perfect for me. We both had appetizers, wine & dessert, which was all great. id definitely recommend this cute Italian restaurant! Definitely make reservations to ensure a time preferred.

Belle soirée ! J'ai mangé le risotto au canard. Délicieux, bonne portion, mais un peu trop salé. Mon conjoint a pris l'escalope au citron. Il a bien aimé, mais sans plus. Le dessert Bello est vraiment délicieux ! Un peu dispendieux, mais les portions sont généreuses, heureusement. :)
