With its view of the sky over Old Quebec City, Bello’s terrace, once finished, will offer a totally unique configuration. With the same number of seats as the restaurant’s interior, the ground floor with its glass covering will now be capped with a second-floor patio open to the fresh air. Liked the vibe of the restaurant & the servers were all very friendly & professional. This was definitely 1 of our best meals over our stay. We started with the arancini & Caesar salad. My husband had the rigatoni meat sauce & I had the clams pasta. Both were very delicious. Julien was a fantastic server - humorous, helpful, & professional. Would definitely recommend Bello. *My only suggestion to the team is to'slow the roll' some. The speed of which the food comes out could be paced a bit slower for greater customer enjoyment.

The pasta & risotto dishes were pretty good (the sauces rich, the pasta firm if a little molto al dente) & the barolo flavoursome if not the most robust of vintage.

Service & presentation was overall lacking & generally felt a bit rushed & frosty.

Delicious dinner at Bello! The location is fantastic & the ambiance is wonderful. They offer half portions of their pasta, which is the perfect amount if you're also spitting some appetizers! Food was delicious, drinks were great, & service was attentive. Highly recommend. Definitely make a reservation, it gets quite busy.

Food was okay but not surprising. I will recommend the tuna entree & the seafood pasta. The light in the restaurant was quite dark. Space is a little tight, servers were sometimes too busy, you have to call them for help

We enjoyed a lovely evening at Bello. It is a bustling friendly atmosphere in authentic rustic surroundings. Our table was near the open kitchen pizza maker & we were entertained by his skill & the obvious cohesiveness of all staff. Our waiter was engaging & very personable & the food delicious. We appreciated the ability to order 1/2 orders of pasta, which were plentiful! Definitely look forward to returning!

While the dishes weren't exactly'stunning,' each one was of solid quality. My personal favorite was the seafood risotto - the flavors of the tomato & bell pepper blended most harmoniously. The beef cheek was standard but the mushroom flavor stood out nicely, & the duck-&-foie-gras pasta tasted pleasantly fresh. We arrived around 3 p.m., & the ambiance was elegant & quiet.

We had a wonderful experience at Bello. The service was excellent - attentive, friendly, & perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. The Caesar salad for 2 was delicious, fresh & perfectly balanced. I also loved that they offer 1/2 servings of pasta. Everything we ordered was beautifully prepared & full of flavour. Highly recommend!
