J'étais déjà allé au Bello auparavant, pour le diner, & j'ai été un peu déçue à ma dernière visite. J'ai toujours pris le carpaccio, que j'ai toujours adoré, mais cette fois-ci je ne l'ai pas autant apprécié. En plus, la portion a diminué de moitié sans changer de prix. Je sais que c'est une habitude de plus en plus frequente un peu partout, mais ça ne m'empêche pas d'être déçue. La soupe minestrone était très ordinaire, un peu plus comme une soupe aux legumes manquant d'amour. Les pâtes étaient très bonnes au moins. C'est pour ces raisons que j'ai mis un 3 étoiles. Je tiens quand même à mentionner que le service était exceptionnel !

Restaurant visité il y a un mois pour nos vacances en famille, comment dire... experience au top, cuisine italienne, rafinée, pas d'assiettes généreuses mais juste ce qu'il faut pour savourer les differents plats proposés. Serveurs tres agreables & aux petits soins, lieu tres sympa, calme.. nois y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Liked the vibe of the restaurant & the servers were all very friendly & professional. This was definitely 1 of our best meals over our stay. We started with the arancini & Caesar salad. My husband had the rigatoni meat sauce & I had the clams pasta. Both were very delicious. Julien was a fantastic server - humorous, helpful, & professional. Would definitely recommend Bello. *My only suggestion to the team is to'slow the roll' some. The speed of which the food comes out could be paced a bit slower for greater customer enjoyment.

Très bon souper en bonne compagnie. Très bon service, la seule chose c'est qu'il fessait tellement chaud dans le restaurant que c'était limite désagréable.

A very good Italian restaurant with brilliant foods & atmosphere. The staff is quite friendly. Highly recommended if you'd like to have an Italian squid ink seafood meal in the old city of Quebec!
