Food is fine, but AWFUL service. If you don't have the capacity to serve customers, hire more waiters or waitresses instead of having people who reserved seats in advance stand at the door & be ignored. After we finished our main meal, we waited for a long time & asked the waitress if we could have dessert? The waitress' thinking was wired . I don't need you to educate me on dining etiquette. "We have to wait until you finish eating before serving dessert" "We don't serve desserts & the main together" Also, the dessert was wrong but no one could ask because everyone was too "busy".

We loved the food & the amazing service we had. The wait staff as well as Blanche were exceptional & catered to our every thought. The food was amazing chef kisses all around from the mushroom risotto w truffle sauce, linguine with pesto, fresh calamari, the salmon & duck confi to the amazing bread & beautiful desserts especially the tiramisu was unforgettable. We will definitely return.

Last night was my final evening in Quebec City, & realizing I hadn't yet tried French onion soup, I decided to visit Bistro St-Malo based on its excellent reviews. The soup & escargot looked too delicious to pass up. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I discovered it was fully booked due to Valentine's Day. Instead, I opted for pasta & went to Bello. To my surprise, I had a delightful evening. Upon entering, the interior of the restaurant differed from its exterior, boasting a modern & upscale ambiance. It being Valentine's Day, the staff were impeccably dressed, drawing attention from patrons. The waitress who served us was exceptionally beautiful & attentive, regularly refilling our tea & inquiring about our satisfaction with the meal, leaving a lasting impression. Other staff members were equally professional & friendly. Now, onto the food. Firstly, the French onion soup, while slightly pricey, was incredibly rich, & the combination of cheese & soup was heavenly. However, the taste leaned towards the sour side, so it may not suit everyone's palate. Secondly, my main course was TAGLIATELLE ALL'ANATRA, essentially wide flat noodles with duck strips & foie gras in a white sauce. The foie gras, semi-melted after heating, blended perfectly with the noodles, accompanied by a subtle creamy fragrance & a hint of acidity from the specially prepared white sauce, creating a wonderfully layered dish. Lastly, the tiramisu dessert, with its whipped cheese & lemon cake, provided a delightful ending to my dinner.

We did not have reservations but scored seats at the bar. Lucky for us because the service at the bar was amazing! Bartenders were attentive, welcoming & so friendly. Our meals were delicious. Bread soooo good, caprese salad very flavorful, arugula salad light & refreshing, linguine bolognese & spinach ricotta ravioli delicious. Wish we had room for dessert. Atmosphere with subtle red lighting reminded me of what I'd think a speakeasy to be-very nice. Sitting at the bar has its perks as tourists as we met & chatted with a delightful local couple. Highly recommend Bello! Thanks for a memorable experience!

Le jeune homme qui s'occupait de nous a été plus que parfait !
Enseignement sur le vin à mes deux jeunes accompagnateurs dont le fêté qui a reçu un dessert familial .
Digestif pour les deux non conducteurs, compliment de la maison !
Soirée parfaite avec mes deux garçons grâce à vos petites attentions vraiment appréciées !

Tout était impeccable! L'ambiance, le service, le goût, tout était parfait! Les employés très sympathies incluant le voiturier ;) Mon conjoint avait une petite déception car il n'y avait pas de Cannoli sur la carte des desserts, mais ils en offrent pour les occasions spéciales. Donc un 10/10 pour nous 4. :)

Nous sommes aller chez Bello le 17 décembre en soirée. Nourriture & ambiance impeccable, mais la serveuse nous a offert un service assez ordinaire... aucun sourire de sa part, pas de merci & pas de courtoisie. Lorsque que nous avons terminé le repas elle a ramassé les assiettes & est revenu pour nous lancer le menu de dessert sans rien dire... extrêmement ordinaire. Bref la nourriture était délicieuse & le service de cette serveuse à revoir.
