We came here after getting engaged to celebrate our engagement. We were ABSOLUTELY AMAZED by the service! Deavon was SIMPLY AMAZING! So nice, attentive but not over the top. He was so nice & happily answered any questions we had. He provided us with a congratulatory dessert & a glass of champagne for both my fiancé & I. I could not POSSIBLY write a more glowing review!!!! Whether you are celebrating something, or just looking for a lovely Italian spot to grab some DELICIOUS food, do yourself a favor & stop here!! Ambiance, 10/10. Service 100/10. Food, 10/10. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who stops by Quebec City to make a meal here a PRIORITY! Can. Not. Rave. Enough. About this restaurant & its staff, again ESPECIALLY DAEVON! He was so amazing & just an absolute pleasure. I would visit this restaurant again just to be served by him!!!!! Bello Restaurant is a 10/10 establishment & should be raved about more!!!!

nous étions 4 & 3 on rapporte une qualité de nourriture très ordinaire...désolant, heureusement le serveur a sauvé la situation en prenant l,initiative de soumettre une assiette desserts pour le groupe... oui avons déjà soumis nos commentaires au serveur...il devait en faire part aux chefs...

We went for our anniversary & the whole staff made us feel so special! They greeted us with two glasses of champagne & brought out dessert for us at the end of the night. The whole dinner was delicious & the restaurant itself is beautiful!

Tout était savoureux & nous avons eu une super belle & bonne surprise lorsque j'ai mentionné que c'était l'anniversaire de naissance de mon invitée. On nous a apporté un plateau dessert de toute beauté & tellement bon! Merci! Le service était aussi excellent!

Le vin était excellent, les pâtes aux fruits de mer contenaient très peu de fruits de mer, voir 3 petits coquillages 2 crevettes & 2 pétoncles, en plus de manquer de sauce. Les pâtes aux champignons ne goûtaient que l'huile de Truffe. La tarte au Nutella était immense pour un enfant & nos desserts trop sucrés. 300 $ , ça ne valait absolument pas ça. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus.
Le service de valet était parfait.

We had a lovely dinner at Bello & would highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was very professional & friendly. Michael, our waiter, was wonderful! We each had a pasta dish (delicious) & wine. Very glad that we ordered the 1/2 portion which was more than enough. Dessert was fabulous-the perfect ending to dinner. Many thanks to Bello for the Amaretto Sours that were a very thoughtful surprise at the end of the meal. Little did they know that is my favorite drink!

A wonderful location in upper city. Our hotel suggested we make a reservation well in advance. So glad we did as they were full!

Bon service & bon atmosphère. Les plats ne sont de qualité variable. La soupe minestrone à $20 semblait venir d'une boîte de conserve. À ce prix, on aurait espérer un plat mieux préparé. Les escalopes de veau étaient merveilleuses. Les pâtes Arrabiata étaient en revanche, assez peu ... Arrabiata. Le rapport qualité prix est faible. Repas pour 2, sans dessert avec vin à $85 revient à $255 avec tx & pourboires!
