This place oozes the warmth & charm of old Quebec City.

We found this fabulous Italian restaurant steps from the Chateau. The atmosphere is authentic & the food is spectacular. Our pasta was perfectly al dente & service was friendly & prompt.

Comfortable restaurant , with a warm feeling decor. Service was veryattentive & professional. Food was good, we split a pizza & a portion of the pasta bolgnese. Portions were generous & both dishes were tasty. But the clear winner of the night was the carpaccio appetizer which was maybe the best one we have had at many an Italian restaurant all over the world. They have a bit of a different take on it which renders it much more delicious & the portion was surprisngly large, very suitable for 3 or 4 to split as an appetizer. Price were very reasonable for the level of dining experience & the menu is adult & kid friendly. This is a good stop for when you want something familiar, filling & satisfying. Not out of this world but a very solid experience!

This is always a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. I am a true foodie, & I have a few favourite Italian restaurants. This is by far my favourite Italian restaurant when travelling to Quebec City. You will not be disappointed!

We travel world wide & certainly eat Italian often. Bello is world class in food preparation service & unbelievably in value! This is certainly the best Italian in (Old ) Quebec & one of the top restaurants there too. Definitely get a reservation because they rarely have tables available.

Fabulous food from Italian roots with a Quebec twist. Lovely setting for intimate lunch for 2 to a private party or meeting. Perfect service. Especially enjoyed the tartare di tonne.
