Bonjour, Lentrée du jour salade caprese était trop froise, on voit que les assiettes avaient été préparé à l,avance... J'avais demandé salade avec mon tartare & mon le l'a servit avec Frite & salade & la pizza aux petits fruits est à éléiminer de votre carte. Sinon tout était excellent !

Service was great as usual & food was good too except for my daughter's pizza as it was overdone. Other than that we had a lovely experience. We will be back the next time we are in Quebec City.

Un des meilleurs restaurants de Québec. J'y suis allé avec ma copine car c'était pour sa fête & c'était tout simplement magique! c'est maintenant le restaurant préféré de ma conjointe! Les risotos sont tout simplement trop bon! La prochaine fois j'essayerai les pâtes ou la pizza!

The restaurant is nice. The service improves the more you spend- & that was obvious from watching the tables around us. Unfortunately, I was there with my 13 year old son- so there was not going to be much money spent on alcohol. I eat out a lot for my job, & it is very obvious to me when the waitstaff is focused on the tip from the tables spending more money. Unfortunately for them... tables that spend less money on alcohol or even food, might be great tippers when great service is provided. The food was also a let down. Any chef worth his salt would never keep tomatoes- used for a caprese salad in the fridge, The mozzarella was stone cold as were the tomatoes. That makes for a bad caprese. My risotto was like none I had ever seen before... blanketed in melted cheese.. this is not raclette. It's risotto. It was greasy (from the fat from the melted cheese), heavy & unappetizing. My son's pizza looked like it came from the freezer section. I tasted it. It tasted worse than a freezer pizza.

Definitely catering to unassuming tourists. I come from Montreal, a city of fine food- Maybe I expect too much. But I will not return here.

On ne le recommandera pas. Tout est excessivement cher pour la qualité & le choix offert.
Toutefois, le personnel est accueillant & sympathique.. Le reste est trop coûteux pour ce qu'on a mangé (pizza & risoto assez banal du reste).. Voilà mon opinion très honnête.

Beautiful spot, great menu & upbeat modern vibe. We sat next to the pizza chef & enjoyed watching him (passionately) make the pies. He was so busy & focused on the task but took the time to engage us in a little conversation, & even gave me special dipping sauce (balsamic reduction) for my pizza. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Thank you Bello for a memorable meal. You must book ahead to get a seat this restaurant as it is very popular.
