Bonjour à vous, j'ai mis un4 pour l'ambiance uniquement pour la musique qui à notre avis ne cadrait pas avec le charme de l'endroit. Nu été de la fâcheuse très mauvaise chute de mon beau père de 87 ans sur la dernière marche menant au toilette laquelle selon certains employés qui nous ont assisté, savait dangereuse compte tenu du faible éclairage & l'absence d'une mise en garde. Mais en général l'expérience fut somme toute fort agréable. Je recommanderais sans hésiter votre endroit assurément.

Tried to charge us for 2 expensive bottles of wine we didn't drink-advise you check your bill before paying!! Service not great (but restaurant was highly recommended to us so it was a big letdown)-just trying to be fair—we had great service & cuisine at other spots

We came here after getting engaged to celebrate our engagement. We were ABSOLUTELY AMAZED by the service! Deavon was SIMPLY AMAZING! So nice, attentive but not over the top. He was so nice & happily answered any questions we had. He provided us with a congratulatory dessert & a glass of champagne for both my fiancé & I. I could not POSSIBLY write a more glowing review!!!! Whether you are celebrating something, or just looking for a lovely Italian spot to grab some DELICIOUS food, do yourself a favor & stop here!! Ambiance, 10/10. Service 100/10. Food, 10/10. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who stops by Quebec City to make a meal here a PRIORITY! Can. Not. Rave. Enough. About this restaurant & its staff, again ESPECIALLY DAEVON! He was so amazing & just an absolute pleasure. I would visit this restaurant again just to be served by him!!!!! Bello Restaurant is a 10/10 establishment & should be raved about more!!!!

Food was amazing, service was exceptional. Entire staff went out of their way to look after my wife & I, we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. Next time we visit Quebec City we will make sure to visit Bello. I will highly recommend to family & friends

D'un point de vue constructif & non destructif... Les employés sont très gentils & accueillants... La carte des vins est exagérément coûteuse... la nourriture n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur de la réputation du restaurant... n'étant pas difficiles au niveau des goûts... nous n'avons tout de même pas mangé nos assiettes & le serveur ne s'est pas rendu compte que quelque chose n'allait pas!? Très déçus. Nous n'allons assurément pas faire de recommandations!

C'était un peu trop bruyant. La musique nous empêchait parfois de s'entendre mais j'ai beaucoup aimé le décor & l'ambiance. Pour le repas, la nourriture était excellente. Quelques détails ont fait que je donne seulement 4 étoiles: la morue avait été gardé au réchaud un peu trop longtemps, ce qui l'avait asséchée. Elle était aussi recouverte d'une légère chapelure qui enlevait l'effet de fraîcheur.
Pour le plat du jour (le filet de veau): la sauce qui l'accompagnait à la moutarde de meaux était un peu trop forte en goût pour une viande aussi délicate.
Le reste était excellent! L'entrée d'antipastis pour deux étaient parfaite. La serveuse nous a recommandé une demi-portion, puisque nous prenions un plat par la suite & elle avait parfaitement raison. La portion était très généreuse.
