Service is excellent here with constant attention but no one rushing you to finish & leave. We were here nearly 2 hours enjoying the wonderful Italian food. Caesar salad was probably the best we have been served. The ravioli was excellent & the portion was huge. The risotto with seafood was a bit disappointing, only one decent sized shrimp & scallop with the rest of the seafood tiny pieces in the risotto. Tiramisu & Pecan pie was delicious. Definitely make a reservation because by the time we left the entire restaurant was jammed with customers. With a bottle of wine, appetizers, mains & dessert it came to $165 which we thought was quit normal for this location. On a beautiful day ask for a table on the open air patio.

Celebrated our 25th Anniversary at Bello last night. Couldn't have asked for a better setting, service or meal. Waitstaff were superb, with 3 of them checking on us just enough to keep the wine glasses full & whisk away unnecessary dishes. Caesar for 2 was enough for 4. The risotto with shrimp scampi was perfectly prepared & presented. & the veal scallopini was pounded thin & tender. We were full & content with a cup of coffee afterwards, but the staff surprised us with a slice of chocolate mousse pie, complete with a sparkler & "Happy Anniversary" drizzled in raspberry sauce on the plate! We thank the staff for making our evening so special & are sure to return.

The restaurant is nice. The service improves the more you spend- & that was obvious from watching the tables around us. Unfortunately, I was there with my 13 year old son- so there was not going to be much money spent on alcohol. I eat out a lot for my job, & it is very obvious to me when the waitstaff is focused on the tip from the tables spending more money. Unfortunately for them... tables that spend less money on alcohol or even food, might be great tippers when great service is provided. The food was also a let down. Any chef worth his salt would never keep tomatoes- used for a caprese salad in the fridge, The mozzarella was stone cold as were the tomatoes. That makes for a bad caprese. My risotto was like none I had ever seen before... blanketed in melted cheese.. this is not raclette. It's risotto. It was greasy (from the fat from the melted cheese), heavy & unappetizing. My son's pizza looked like it came from the freezer section. I tasted it. It tasted worse than a freezer pizza.

Definitely catering to unassuming tourists. I come from Montreal, a city of fine food- Maybe I expect too much. But I will not return here.

What a gem! The ambiance is fantastic & the food exceeded expectations. Best Caesar salad we have ever had. Risotto was excellent!

Très bonne repas: Les spaghettis au canard été délicieuse & le risotto au joues de boeufs aussi. Noté que le risotto manqué peut être 5 minutes de cuisson - un petit peu trop al dente.

Ce restaurant est magnifique & délicieux!!! Risotto avec boeuf braisé & fois gras... succulent!!! Le staff est aussi très agréable. À recommander pour un souper dans le vieux Québec.

Wow! This place is awesome, We had made reservations at 6:30 & as soon as we sat down the place got packed. The staff were outstanding, bustling around, very attentive. We both had risotto. I had the large scallop risotto & it was cooked perfectly...so delicious. Atmosphere is very nice, but not quiet, but of course the restaurant was full. The best meal we have had here so far. You will not regret going here. A real treat.
