This was recommended to us by a colleague. Everything was perfect! I had the rigatoni bolognese & my wife had the risotto carbonara. Both were excellent & reminded us of meals we've had in Italy. The staff were also super friendly & appeared to very much enjoy being there. We will definitely be back!

While the dishes weren't exactly'stunning,' each one was of solid quality. My personal favorite was the seafood risotto - the flavors of the tomato & bell pepper blended most harmoniously. The beef cheek was standard but the mushroom flavor stood out nicely, & the duck-&-foie-gras pasta tasted pleasantly fresh. We arrived around 3 p.m., & the ambiance was elegant & quiet.

The restaurant was very loud with the music at an obnoxious level limiting conversation.
The starters came out quickly with the veal meatballs being the highlight of the meal. They get 5 stars.
Our server was courteous though slightly un attentive. Our cocktails were slow to the table. The risotto was undercooked tasting more like creamy uncooked rice. The prawns with the fettuccine Nero were inedible & over salted. The lemon tart left a lot to be desired

Well prepared risotto with rice al dente. Freshly prepared pizzas. Very popular on the night we visited. Reservation seemed essential.

Its my first time trying Bello. It was after a hike today so I was kind of looking forward to this meal.

But I personally think the taste is not what we expected.

Calamari Fritti - Mediocre Calamari fried; the sauce in the middle of the plate was yum.

French Onion Soup - Oh no, it's my first time have a French Onion Soup with such a strong taste of white wine, like the wine is not evaporated at all… It basically took away all the taste of the caramelised onion…

Squid Ink Linguine with Seafood - the seafood was very fresh & delicious. The Linguine was ok. Not very spectacular.

Cabonara Risotto - Hmmm I dont know how to put it. The wine taste is also too strong for me… I was expecting something more creamy but it was a bit disappointing. I couldn't taste the egg yolk & the cheese. Just wine…

All in all, this is not somewhere I would revisit. Maybe you can try something else that's mentioned in other reviews.

My wife & I ate here on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was busy. We were given a 90 minute time slot for our dinner. After sharing the tasty arugula salad, my wife had the risotto with red beets, goat cheese, & pine nuts. She was unpleasantly surprised that the risotto was red expecting the beets to be mixed in the risotto. I had a half order of linguine with clams. It was the perfect amount of food & tasted very good. The service was excellent.

Had a birthday dinner while visiting Quebec . The truffle risotto & mushroom pasta were delicious . Bread was flaky & served warm . Wonderful service & food . Good drinks & desserts . Would recommend

My wife & I both ordered risotto (one tiger shrimp & one frutti di mare. Dishes were superb, subtle flavours & great texture. The addition of very finely chopped celery was a unique & welcome touch to add a bit of crunch. Service was friendly & very efficient. Decor was classy & comfortable. We would recommend this to our friends & family.

Le meilleur restaurant italien dans lequel nous avons eu l'occasion de manger. Le risotto & les pâtes étaient excellents, les desserts également, très bon service malgré un restaurant complet, c'était parfait. Je vous recommande vivement de le tester lors de votre passage à Québec!
